Fresh salad with lactose free dressing

1/2 apple
1/2 avocado
Kapers
Spring onion or chives
Lettuce
Creamy dressing with fresh dill

Directions
Tear or chop your lettuce into large pieces and place it on a plate.
Dice the shallot (or chives) fine, chop the apple and avocado in small pieces and mix it with some capers.
Add as much dressing as you want and stir gently to combine.
Put the mixture on top of the lettuce and garnish with some sesame seeds or cashews.
