Daydreaming – the best way to success

What are you thinking about most of the time? What area of your life are you most focused on and is it good thoughts or negative thoughts? Whatever you are thinking you are receiving. It doesn’t matter if it’s a negative or a positive thought. The law of attractions doesn’t know the difference between negative and positive thoughts. It only responds to what you feel, because all feelings makes your body vibrate in one unique vibration that attracts more of the same vibration. That’s how the law of attraction works – it attracts to you more of that which you vibrate and you are always vibrating in one unique vibration. You (and everything else on earth) are energy, made up by atoms that are constantly moving and that movement is what gives you your vibration. All objects have their own frequency and speed.

Everything is affected by the law of attraction and everything is energy that is constantly moving. You too are energy and you are always attracting to you whatever frequency you are sending out. Frequencies are the way the energy is moving, how fast or slow it is and what wavelength it has. Your energy in your body is constantly changing depending on what you are thinking about. All negative thoughts causes the energy in your body to move slowly in a low frequency and that attracts to you more of everything that has the same frequency. You are always attracting to you more of the same frequency you are sending out and when you are feeling joyful your energy is moving fast and you have a high frequency. That’s how you are affected by the law of attraction. You are energy and all energy that has the same frequency as you have is always attracted to you. It doesn’t matter if it’s an object or a situation. Everything is affected by the law of attraction and you are always bringing in more of that you are focusing on in your life.

If you want to direct your thoughts to one specific thing or one specific situation that you really want to change or if there is something you want, you can use visualizations. They are a great tool that you can use to deliberately shift focus and use your imagination (your thoughts) to create whatever you want. If you want a new house, a new job, love, health, happiness….anything you want can be yours when you are using visualizations to create it. You only need to sit down for fifteen minutes or so every day to make things happen in your life and I promise, it’s going to be fun. Using visualizations to direct your thoughts to the things you want is easy and you will feel so good when you do it. It will be the best fifteen minutes of your day.

Spending time daydreaming is not something most adult do, but that is what makes us successful. When we daydream and think of something we really want our brain makes a new connection, a new pathway that will grow stronger and stronger the more we focus on it. In time it will be so strong that you have changed your vibration, your frequency and all frequencies that matches your new, positive image will be drawn to you. You will start receiving new, inspiring ideas, meeting new people that can help you with the things you need help with….anything that will help you on your way to what you want will start showing up in your life and your job is to take the steps you are inspired to do. Thats the difference between making changes because you feel you have to or because you need to make a change. That will always feel like hard work, but when you use visualizations first and change your vibration you will automatically draw to you the things that will lead you to the things you want. You will be inspired instead and you will be filled with ideas and energy instead of striving for a goal that seems hard to reach. You will be so much happier once you realize that this is the way for you to go and all tension in a situation that before seemed difficult will go away when you start shifting your thoughts about it from “I can’t”, It’s difficult” to “I’m already there”, It’s easy”.

Using the power of visualization you can achieve amazing results. They allow you to harness the 18 billion brain cells in your brain and get them all working in a singular and purposeful direction. Your subconscious will become engaged in a process that transforms you forever. Visualization activates the creative powers of the subconscious mind, motivating it to work harder at creating solutions. You’ll also notice new levels of motivation and find yourself doing things that normally you would avoid, but that will take you closer to success.

Visualization boosts success by programming the Reticular Activating System (RAS), which serves as a mental filter for the 8 million bits of information that are streaming into our brains at any one time. The RAS thinks in pictures, not words. Daily visualization feeds the RAS the pictures it needs to start filtering information differently. As a result, your RAS will start to pay attention to anything that might help you achieve your goals – information that it otherwise might ignore.

It will take some time before you start developing the new thought and before its strong enough to make a shift in your energy, but you will almost immediately start finding yourself happier and more relaxed. The benefits from your daily visualization are many and you will see that your life is changed for the better in many ways. You will be happier and find things easier in general. That’s why daydreaming is the best way to achieve your goals and dreams. You just need to sit down and focus on what you really want and believe it is going to happen.
