Kickstart your detox with these tips and get rid of all your toxins
There are plenty of ways to get rid of toxins and today more than ever we need to purify our bodies from all toxins we have accumulated throw the air we breathe, tobacco alcohol, medicine, sugar, coffee and stress.
Here are 10 great tips that will enable your body to easily get rid of toxins…
Nr. 1 – Detox Program
A detox program is a gentle way to detox. You eat lots of greens, drink plenty of water, green juices and as a dietary supplement you can choose to buy a package with specially selected nutrition for this purpose. You should exclude all meats, coffee, sodas, alcohol and all white carbs (bread, pasta, sugar, sweets). When you exclude unhealthy foods your body will have time to get rid of all unwanted toxins and clean the whole system.
Prepare by eating a little healthier for a few days before you begin with your detox program and eat less. When you make these preparations the more comfortable you will be as you detox your body. After a detox program you often feel a lot more energized and alert.
Nr. 2 – Oil Pulling
Oil pulling is an age old Indian medical remedy. By using natural substances it cleans and detoxifies teeth and gums. The idea is that oil is swished in the mouth for a short time each day and this action helps reduce bacteria, strengthen your gums, improve your skin, prevent bad breath and it is also whitening your teeth naturally.
The purpose behind the oil pulling is to take the toxins, bacteria, germs, and other bad stuff from the mouth and into the oil.
It is very simple. You swish two teaspoons of organic coconut oil in the mouth for 20 minutes and then spit it out and rinse well. Oil pulling is best done in the morning, before eating or drinking anything.
I swish while I put on my makeup in the morning and then have my breakfast after.
How to Do It
- First thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything, including water, put 2 teaspoons of organic coconut oil into the mouth.
- Swish for twenty minutes. This is how long it takes to break through plaque and bacteria. If you do it longer there is a chance of taking the toxins and bacteria back into the body.
- Swish the oil around in your mouth – do not swallow.
- Spit out all of the oil in the trash can when you are done and rinse your mouth with warm water. Warm water cleans the mouth better.
- Scrape the tongue.
- Brush the teeth well.
Note: Some people may feel a bit ill during or after oil pulling – this is generally a good sign that your body is removing toxins.
Nr. 3 – Chlorella
Chlorella is an algae that is so amazing. It has an enormous amount of nutrition and it perfect as a supplement to detox your body and boost your immune system.
In one controlled study of 35 pregnant japanese women, 18 women were given supplements of Chlorella and the rest were given placebos. In the group of women that had been given Chlorella supplements you could see that there were much less toxins in the breast milk than in the placebo group.
Besides it´s purifying and healing properties Chlorella contains lots of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fibre. It is especially rich in chlorophyll, iron, zinc, B1, B2, C, E and Omega 3.

Our lymph system transports toxins out of body and it is an important part of our immune system. A lymph massage is a soft, rhythmic massage that stimulates the flow of blood and transportation of toxins. It´s a great complement to a detox program.

To have a healthy body you need to have a healthy colon. It´s very important that your colon is in great shape. A happy colon = a happy body.

Although acidic to taste, lemons are one of the most alkaline of foods that helps balance your body’s pH, which means better health and higher energy levels.
Lemon juice purifies the blood and cleanses the kidneys and the digestive system. It helps the body in the removal of toxins and provides you with a great overall detox.
How to use it
