Sometimes when I’m in a hurry and want something nutritious that I can make in just a few minutes veggie wraps is perfect. I love them. They’re easy to make and you can vary the ingredients every time you make them and use whatever you have at home. Today I had lots of fresh vegetables and berries, which is my favorite and I also have my favorite dressing – mango/curry. You can never go wrong with either mango or curry. I have that dressing many times a week and I never get tired of it. =)
Easy Vegetarian Tortilla Wrap
Ingredients
- Tortilla wraps
- Lettuce
- Avocado
- Cherry tomatoes
- Soya beans
- Strawberries
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Dressing
Instructions
Put lettuce and all of your ingredients on top of the tortilla bread.
Sprinkle some salt, pepper and oil on top of it.
Add dressing.
Enjoy!
