Your thoughts decide who you are and what you have
To become the one you would want to be (rich, loved, famous, happy, creative….) you need to make a mental shift. Your thoughts that you’ve had so far has taken you here and this is where you will stay as long as you don’t change anything on your inside.
All change comes from within.
You can’t change your outside if your inside (your thoughts and beliefs) stays the same. It’s like trying to move a mountain with your bare hands. It will be really difficult and hard. You will push, strive and work hard, but nothing much will happen. Why? Because you attract what you are. You attract what you are sending out and that energy that you send out is literally the sum of all you have learnt so far. If you change some of that programmed information you will start seeing changes happen in your life and you will not have to push mountains anymore. The changes will come easily because now they are attracted to you and you are a perfect match for what you want.
How to make a mental shift
To change your thoughts and beliefs you need to create a new belief. Something else than you have been thinking of up till now. One way to do that is by using visualizations. When you do this and begin to form new ideas you will start feeling lighter, happier and you will make new decisions that are inspired by your new ideas. This is the start to achieve what you want.
Do you want to make a shift in how you think and perceive things?
Are you ready to work for it? It is going to take some work and you will have to stick with it for a while. Change takes time when it comes to unlearning and learning new ways, but you can do it so don’t give up. In the beginning you will not see any major changes, but soon you will start feeling lighter and the feeling of happiness will make you act differently. You will walk a bit taller, talk a bit differently and you will notice how others greet you with a bigger smile. You are changing. This is the start of you making a mental shift. You are transforming.
Keep doing what you are doing and make that change.
Soon you will notice that small changes happen. So small that they will seem insignificant and perhaps like coincident, but they are not. Stick with your practice and don’t give up. You will see bigger changes happen as you keep doing what you are doing and soon you will have changed your inner AND your outer world.
This is an ongoing process and you can keep doing your practices for as long as you want to keep updating and improving your life. Your brain is like a muscle. It will adapt to your practice and become a new version every day for as long as you keep learning new ideas and images.
