If you have anything you want to improve and change in your life, you can. You just need to change your thoughts and beliefs first. As long as you have the same idea about a certain situation it won’t change no matter how hard you try. You need another point of view.
If you want to know how you change your thoughts it’s pretty easy, but it’s not something you do in a day or two. It takes time. It CAN go fast as well but that’s often when you have an epiphany or get a revelation of some kind. An AHA moment. You need to have an experience that affects how you look at the situation for it to be able to change. Then and only then can you create a positive change.
If you want to make a change you need to mentally make a shift. Your mind is like a huge tree with millions of tiny branches on it and every branch represents a habit of yours. A thought you are used to think repeatedly or something you are used to be doing. Everything you do, say or think creates a new branch on the “tree” in your mind and if there is something you don’t like you can choose to stop thinking or doing whatever it is you are doing that makes this branch grow stronger.
What happens when you stop doing something that has become a habit?
The branch on the tree in your mind is going to become smaller and smaller as you choose to stop focusing on it. If you for instance have a problem and you choose to let it be (not focus on it) for a while it will diminish as long as you can stop worrying about it. If you can choose to focus on other things that makes you feel more relaxed, you will become happier and that state of mind will make it easier for you to draw to you ideas that can help you resolve the situation. Besides becoming more relaxed when you don’t focus so much about your problem you will also become more magnetic to whatever it is you want.
When you stop focusing on the thing that worries you a few things happen:
You become more relaxed and happier. It will raise your vibration and you will find it easier to get new ideas that can help you resolve the situation.
When you no longer do whatever you are used to be doing in the situation, the habit (the branch on the tree) is becoming weaker and weaker until it is completely gone. What happens is that when you no longer are focusing on the issue the “branch” on the tree in your mind is becoming smaller and smaller. What this means is that it is no longer affecting you or at least not as much. If you are focusing on something more positive this thing is going to be your new thought, your new branch.
Every new thought and habit you are starting to do or think is creating a new branch and if you do it long enough it will become a habit. This way you can replace an old habit with a new one of your own choice. It can take a while but believe me, it is worth it.
When you choose to look at other more pleasing situations in your life instead of what is weighing you down, you will become lighter, happier and more relaxed. You will create a new way of thinking and the old way of thinking will become less influential in your life. You will have a higher frequency and it will be easier to attract to you what you want.
So how do you do this?
How do you start to look at things you don’t like in a more positive way?
Just knowing that this is something you can change is a start. By knowing you have the possibility to create new habits in your mind that will change how you feel and what you attract might give you some kind of relief, knowing that most things you want to change or have is possible when you create a shift in your mind.
Now….do you want it? If yes, then you can go about it several different ways. They all take time so you need to have patience. I’m not going to lie to you because I want you to succeed in this. I want you to see how you have the choice to make your life so much better.
Sit down the first thing you do in the morning before looking at your phone, the mail, talk to anyone. Sit down, listen to some soft, calming music that makes you feel really good. Close your eyes. See yourself in your mind eye as happy and in a situation, you would like to have. See it, feel it and spend some time in this new environment as if it were your new reality.
If you want you can talk to yourself in your mind and say things that will make the feeling stronger. You can say any positive things like……I’m so happy, I love this……I feel so relieve now that……I love being able to……I’m so happy that……I feel safe now that…..thank you for….
What you say to yourself doesn’t matter as long as it is positive and makes you feel good. These kinds of sentences are called affirmations and they have the power to make the image in your mind even stronger, more vivid and it will be implemented even faster than if you were only seeing the image in your mind.
You can also say these affirmations anytime during the day. Repeat them often ad FEEL how good they make you feel. It’s a way of programming yourself and building that new branch in your mind. It is effective and it works. It has been proven many times and top athletes around the world have used it to become winners for years, same as all successful people are using it.
Remember that this morning routine should not become something you feel you “have to do”. If you do it and it makes you feel good, it is working. If it makes you feel as if it’s something you have to do and that it’s no fun at all, it’s not going to work. It’s all about the feeling it gives you. You want to raise your vibration and you can only do that by feeling good.
Allow yourself to have some time in the beginning when this exercise feels a bit uncomfortable and new to you, but also try to have fun with it. Relax. Don’t take I too seriously. It is going to work. You have your whole life to practice. Just take a few minutes a day to practice it and you will get used to it. It will feel easier and easier like all things you practice.
