I just went for a long walk today before I got to work. It’s the best way to start the day. You immediately wake up and get the blood flowing. I live close to the sea and the nature here is so beautiful. I wish I could say that I’m doing this often, but I tend to find it easier to go to the gym and get my workout there. I’m not sure why that is. This is such a great feeling when you are back at home, your cheeks are still red from the cold air and you feel tired, refreshed and happy at the same time. I’m definitely going to make this to one of my new routines now.
