Det h\u00e4r glutenfria pajskalet fr\u00e5n Monica p\u00e5\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.vinochmatguiden.se\/recept\/monika-osterheim\/krispig-glutenfri-lowcarb-pajdeg-varldens-godaste\"><span class=\"s2\">vin och matguiden<\/span><\/a> blev helt fantastiskt bra. Det \u00e4r gjord p\u00e5 mandelmj\u00f6l och sesamfr\u00f6n, vilket gav degen en v\u00e4ldigt god smak. Skalet var helt perfekt med en underbar frasighet.  Det kommer absolut bli en favorit som jag g\u00f6r flera g\u00e5nger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Fyllningen till pajen blev lite medelhavsinspirerad med babyspenat, f\u00e4rsk sparris, soltorkade tomater och parmesanost. Supergott! Jag hade min pappa hemma p\u00e5 s\u00f6ndagslunch och han \u00e4ter helst vanlig husmanskost med bruns\u00e5s, k\u00f6tt och potatis, men nu s\u00e5g han \u00e4nd\u00e5 lite n\u00f6jd ut s\u00e5 det tar jag som ett gott betyg.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload size-full wp-image-10297 alignnone\" \/>\n1 dl sesamfr\u00f6n<br \/>\n1 msk fiberhusk<br \/>\n1 tsk salt<br \/>\n1 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n50 g sm\u00f6r\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Fyllning<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\">1 liten purjol\u00f6k<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s1\">8 st soltorkade tomater i olja, finhackade<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s1\">125 gram f\u00e4rsk sparris<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s1\">80 gram f\u00e4rsk ruccola, finhackad<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s1\">80 gram parmesanost eller v\u00e4sterbottenost + lite extra till toppen<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s1\">3 st \u00e4gg<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s1\">2 dl cr\u00e8me fraiche<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s1\">0,5 tsk salt<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"s1\">En nypa svartpeppar<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">GLUTENFRITT PAJSKAL:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li4\"><span class=\"s3\">Sm\u00f6rj en rund form med l\u00f6stagbar kant.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\"><span class=\"s3\">Mixa alla<\/span>\u00a0ingredienser till pajdegen och blanda till en smidig pajdeg.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\"><span class=\"s3\">Tryck ut degen j\u00e4mnt och tunt i springformen.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">FYLLNING:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li4\"><span class=\"s3\">Sk\u00f6lj och finhacka purjol\u00f6ken.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\"><span class=\"s3\">Ta bort den nedersta delen p\u00e5 sparrisen och sk\u00e4r stj\u00e4lkarna i \u00bd cm tunna bitar. Spar knopparna till toppingen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\"><span class=\"s3\">Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en stekpanna och fr\u00e4s purjol\u00f6k och sparris p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme utan att det tar f\u00e4rg.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\"><span class=\"s3\">Riv osten.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\"><span class=\"s3\">Hacka den f\u00e4rska ruccolan och de soltorkade tomaterna fint.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\"><span class=\"s3\">Vispa ihop alla ingredienser till fyllningen i en bunke.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\"><span class=\"s3\">F\u00f6rgr\u00e4dda pajskalet i 175 C i ca 5 minuter. Ibland kryper sm\u00f6ret upp p\u00e5 ytan. Vippa formen lite s\u00e5 sm\u00f6ret f\u00f6rdelas p\u00e5 botten. Det g\u00e5r snabbt tillbaka in i degen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\"><span class=\"s3\">Fyll pajskalet med fyllningen och riv lite ost p\u00e5 toppen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\"><span class=\"s3\">Gr\u00e4dda 30-35 min (kolla n\u00e5gra g\u00e5nger med sticka mot slutet av tiden).
