Det var en macka med chevre, jordgubbar och n\u00e5gon s\u00e5s som smakade kanel. N\u00e5gra dagar senare provade jag att g\u00f6ra en sallad inspirerad av sm\u00f6rg\u00e5sen. Den blev riktigt god. Anv\u00e4nd h\u00e4nderna eller en sked f\u00f6r att r\u00f6ra om.<br \/>\nF\u00f6rdela \u00e4pplena \u00f6ver den gr\u00f6na salladen.<br \/>\nDela avokadon p\u00e5 mitten. Ta bort k\u00e4rnan och sk\u00e4r tunna skivor av avokadon.
