Det \u00e4r saftigt, luftigt och smakar inte alls s\u00e5 nyttigt som det ser ut. Den m\u00f6rka f\u00e4rgen f\u00e5r br\u00f6det av de mosade svarta b\u00f6norna som ocks\u00e5 g\u00f6r br\u00f6det s\u00e5 saftigt. Vill du prova att g\u00f6ra br\u00f6det, men inte t\u00e5l n\u00f6tter g\u00e5r det lika bra att byta ut n\u00f6tterna mot fr\u00f6n som solrosfr\u00f6 eller pumpafr\u00f6. Det ger lite extra tuggmotst\u00e5nd och smak till br\u00f6det.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00e4tt som en pl\u00e4tt<\/strong><br \/>\nDet h\u00e4r \u00e4r den typen av br\u00f6d d\u00e4r man bara blandar ihop alla ingredienser, l\u00e4gger i en form och sen s\u00e4tter i ugnen. S\u00e5 enkelt att g\u00f6ra och sedan har du ett gott, nyttigt br\u00f6d som r\u00e4cker l\u00e4nge. Helt underbart gott med bara en klick sm\u00f6r p\u00e5 eller en skiva ost. Jag kan t\u00e4nka mig att massor av gr\u00f6nsaker p\u00e5 toppen hade varit \u00e4nnu godare, men jag hann inte l\u00e4gga p\u00e5 n\u00e5got mer \u00e4n sm\u00f6r innan jag \u00e5t upp det. Gott!<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e5t br\u00f6det svalna i formen och skiva sedan upp det i lagom stora skivor och l\u00e4gg det i frysen p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng s\u00e5 har du gott br\u00f6d som \u00e4r helt f\u00e4rskt varje g\u00e5ng du tar upp en skiva och tinar.
