I g\u00e5r gjorde jag en \u00e4ppelkompott med kanel, kardemumma och vanilj som jag hade till min chiapudding. Det blev s\u00e5 gott och det var riktigt enkelt att g\u00f6ra.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en god \u00e4ppelkompott som du kan ha hela veckan eller l\u00e4ngre beh\u00f6ver du bara skala \u00e4pplen, sk\u00e4ra dom i bitar och l\u00e5ta dom sm\u00e5puttra lite med de andra ingredienserna tills allt har kokat ihop och f\u00e5tt en mjuk h\u00e4rlig konsistens med lite motst\u00e5nd kvar i \u00e4pplebitarna.
