Lyssna g\u00e4rna till n\u00e5gon lugn musik som f\u00e5r dig att varva ner. Andas l\u00e5nga andetag ut och in samtidigt som du r\u00e4knar till tio. Andas in och r\u00e4kna till ett, andas ut och r\u00e4kna till tv\u00e5. G\u00f6r det h\u00e4r ett par g\u00e5nger tills du k\u00e4nner att du har varvar ner. N\u00e4r du r\u00e4knar och andas l\u00e5ngsamt kommer kroppen automatiskt sakta ned och hj\u00e4rnan f\u00e5r sl\u00e4ppa alla andra tankar f\u00f6r en stund. Du \u00e4r i nuet.<\/p>\n<p>Alla aktiviteter d\u00e4r du g\u00e5r in i ett meditativt tillst\u00e5nd \u00e4r nyttiga pauser f\u00f6r hj\u00e4rnan. Det kan vara n\u00e4r du mediterar, dansar, m\u00e5lar eller tar en promenad i naturen.
