Men h\u00e4r \u00e4r grejen: tankes\u00e4ttet \u00e4r kraftfullt, <strong data-start=\"794\" data-end=\"801\">och<\/strong> beh\u00f6ver din kropp ocks\u00e5 r\u00e4tt sorts br\u00e4nsle f\u00f6r att matcha den energin.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"869\" data-end=\"1136\">Om du b\u00f6rjar dagen med en sk\u00e5l flingor, rostat br\u00f6d eller n\u00e5got annat sockerhaltigt - och sedan h\u00e4ller i dig kaffe ovanp\u00e5 det - skickar du i princip ditt blodsocker p\u00e5 en berg- och dalbana. S\u00e4tt dig ner. Andas in. S\u00e4g n\u00e5got sn\u00e4llt till dig sj\u00e4lv.
