Det \u00e4r s\u00e5 enkelt att g\u00f6ra. Du blandar bara ingredienserna innan du g\u00e5r och l\u00e4gger dig och n\u00e4r du vaknar har du en uts\u00f6kt chiafr\u00f6-vaniljpudding. Anv\u00e4nd den topping du f\u00f6redrar. F\u00e4rska b\u00e4r, bananskivor, gojib\u00e4r, kokosn\u00f6t och kiwi... vad du \u00e4n vill. Du kan till och med tills\u00e4tta lite kakaopulver i v\u00e4tskan s\u00e5 f\u00e5r du en fin chokladpudding.<\/p>\n<p>Den h\u00e4r chiafr\u00f6puddingen \u00e4r tillr\u00e4ckligt m\u00e4ttande f\u00f6r att r\u00e4cka till lunch och den \u00e4r full av vitaminer, mineraler, omega 3, kalcium och protein.
