Det \u00e4r s\u00e5 gott. Knaprigt, s\u00f6tt med en h\u00e4rlig smak av kanel, helt glutenfritt och s\u00e5 mycket nyttigare \u00e4n n\u00e5gon m\u00fcsli du kan hitta i aff\u00e4ren. Sedan jag b\u00f6rjade g\u00f6ra min egen m\u00fcsli s\u00e5 kommer jag aldrig att k\u00f6pa f\u00e4rdig igen. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r s\u00e5 mycket godare och den \u00e4r proppfull av nyttigheter. Inga tomma kalorier h\u00e4r inte.<br \/>\nJag anv\u00e4nder den p\u00e5 yoghurt, tillsammans med <a href=\"https:\/\/angelasheaven.com\/sv\/nyttig-frukost-chiapudding-med-farska-bar\/\">vaniljchiapudding och b\u00e4r<\/a>, som nyttigt mellanm\u00e5l n\u00e4r jag reser eller bara som godis n\u00e4r jag \u00e4r lite sm\u00e5sugen p\u00e5 n\u00e5got. <strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Rawfood m\u00fcsli<\/strong><br \/>\nJag har valt att <a href=\"https:\/\/angelasheaven.com\/sv\/varfor-bor-man-blotlagga-fron-och-notter\/\">Grodda<\/a> mina n\u00f6tter och fr\u00f6er (l\u00e4gg i vatten \u00f6ver natten) f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 extra mycket n\u00e4ring i muslin och sedan torkar jag p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme. Den l\u00e5ga v\u00e4rmen g\u00f6r att alla n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen, enzymer och nyttiga fetter beh\u00e5lls, men det tar lite l\u00e4ngre tid \u00e4n om man tillagar i ugn. \u00c4ven om rawfoodm\u00fcsli tar lite tid att g\u00f6ra s\u00e5 \u00e4r arbetsinsatsen \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt liten. Det \u00e4r bara att mixa ihop allt och sedan klarar den sig sj\u00e4lv. Vill du inte v\u00e4nta p\u00e5 din goda m\u00fcsli s\u00e5 g\u00e5r det lika bra att g\u00f6ra den i ugnen. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader och ta ut den n\u00e4r den f\u00e5tt f\u00e4rg och blivit knaprig.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/angelasheaven.com\/sv\/varfor-bor-man-blotlagga-fron-och-notter\/\">Bl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggningen<\/a> g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 att hoppa \u00f6ver, men jag hoppas att du provar. Det \u00e4r enkelt. L\u00e4gg bovetet i ett durkslag och sk\u00f6lj noga. L\u00e4gg \u00f6ver i en sk\u00e5l med 2-3 g\u00e5nger s\u00e5 mycket vatten och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 i 8 timmar. Sk\u00f6lj bovetet och l\u00e5t rinna av.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"\">\n<div class=\"\">2. Sk\u00e4r hasseln\u00f6tterna i grova bitar.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">3. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 43\u00b0.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">4. L\u00e4gg alla ingredienser i en stor sk\u00e5l. Anv\u00e4nd h\u00e4nderna eller en slev och r\u00f6r om v\u00e4l s\u00e5 att smeten klumpar sig.<\/div>\n<div class=\"\">5. Sprid ut i ett tunt lager \u00f6ver ett bakpl\u00e5tspapper. L\u00e4mna g\u00e4rna lite klumpar.
