Mungb\u00f6nnudlar och shirtakinudlar. De \u00e4r b\u00e5da glutenfria, fettfria, veganska och har ett l\u00e5gt glykemiskt index, vilket inneb\u00e4r att de inte h\u00f6jer blodsockret. De \u00e4r b\u00e5da ett utm\u00e4rkt alternativ till pasta och nudlar f\u00f6r alla som vill undvika gluten och\/eller vill ha ett l\u00e5gkolhydratalternativ.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nudlar av mungb\u00f6nor<\/strong> har en fantastisk konsistens - n\u00e4stan som \u00e4nglah\u00e5rspasta och \u00e4ven om de inte ger mycket n\u00e4ring anv\u00e4nder jag dem ofta med massor av gr\u00f6nsaker. Jag \u00e4lskar konsistensen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shirtaki-nudlar<\/strong> har anv\u00e4nts i Japan i \u00e5ratal. De inneh\u00e5ller n\u00e4stan inga kalorier, fett, socker, protein eller gluten och de \u00e4r l\u00e5gkolhydratkost. Shirataki-nudlar best\u00e5r n\u00e4stan helt av fibrer och h\u00e5ller dig m\u00e4tt l\u00e4nge, s\u00e5 de kan hj\u00e4lpa dig om du f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker g\u00e5 ner i vikt. De \u00e4r den nyttigaste nudeln, men enligt min mening \u00e4r konsistensen f\u00f6r gummiaktig.
