De \u00e4r b\u00e5da tv\u00e5 glutenfria, fettfria och med ett l\u00e5gt GI. Ett riktigt bra alternativ till pasta och nudlar f\u00f6r alla som vill undvika gluten och\/eller vill dra ner p\u00e5 kolhydraterna.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mungb\u00f6nsnudlar<\/strong> har en supergod konsistens. Dom liknar \u00e4nglah\u00e5rspasta och \u00e4ven om det inte \u00e4r s\u00e5 v\u00e4rst mycket n\u00e4ring i dom s\u00e5 tycker jag att det \u00e4r fantastiskt gott att \u00e4ta tillsammans med massa gr\u00f6nsaker. Jag \u00e4lskar konsistensen.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Shirtaki nudlar<\/strong> har anv\u00e4nts i Japan sedan l\u00e5ng tid tillbaka. De inneh\u00e5ller n\u00e4stan inga kalorier, kolhydrater, fett, socker, protein eller gluten. Det g\u00f6r att de passar bra f\u00f6r alla som vill \u00e4ta lchf. Shirtakinudlar best\u00e5r i stort sett endast av vatten och fiber vilket g\u00f6r att de h\u00e5ller dig m\u00e4tt v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e4nge. Ett perfekt komplement om du vill g\u00e5 ned i vikt.<\/p>\n<p>Shirtakinudlar \u00e4r det mest h\u00e4lsosamma alternativet, men de har en lite gummiaktig konsistens som jag har sv\u00e5rt att v\u00e4nja mig vid. Utsidan \u00e4r mjuk, n\u00e4stan som gel\u00e9 och insidan \u00e4r krispig. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt mjuknar de och suger \u00e5t sig de goda smakerna i s\u00e5sen.
