I helgen experimenterade jag med nya raw food-recept och det h\u00e4r \u00e4r en av mina nya skapelser. Raw fudge pops. De skulle vara perfekta f\u00f6r vilken f\u00f6delsedagsfest som helst. Jag gjorde bara sju fudge pops den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen och de var upp\u00e4tna s\u00e5 fort jag hade tagit bilderna till det h\u00e4r blogginl\u00e4gget. Min yngsta dotter fr\u00e5gade mig ungef\u00e4r hundra g\u00e5nger om jag var klar snart s\u00e5 att hon kunde f\u00e5 en. De var en stor hit!<\/p>\n<p>Till fudgen anv\u00e4nde jag medjool dadlar och vanilj som mixades till ett sl\u00e4tt sm\u00f6r och sedan rullades det till sm\u00e5 bollar och doppades i sm\u00e4lt choklad. Att rulla fudgen kan vara lite klibbigt men om du l\u00e4gger en liten m\u00e4ngd kokosolja p\u00e5 dina handflator blir det l\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dadlar \u00e4r en bra k\u00e4lla till olika vitaminer och mineraler<\/strong>. Viktiga mineraler som kalcium, j\u00e4rn, fosfor, natrium, kalium, magnesium och zink finns i dadlar.
