Om du inte anv\u00e4nder f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra s\u00e5 ofta kan du k\u00f6pa en bit och f\u00f6rvara den i kylsk\u00e5pet i ett par veckor \u2013 eller frysa in den och bryta av sm\u00e5 bitar n\u00e4r du beh\u00f6ver.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingef\u00e4ra har en m\u00e4ngd olika h\u00e4lsof\u00f6rdelar<\/strong><br \/>\nIngef\u00e4ra har anv\u00e4nts som naturmedicin i \u00e5rhundraden och \u00e4r v\u00e4lk\u00e4nd f\u00f6r sina immunst\u00e4rkande egenskaper. Personligen \u00e4lskar jag paprika och purjol\u00f6k tillsammans med curry, men du kan anv\u00e4nda dina egna favoritgr\u00f6nsaker. Skivade bananer och jordn\u00f6tter skulle f\u00f6rmodligen vara bra i denna matr\u00e4tt.<br \/>\nJag anv\u00e4nder cr\u00e8me fraiche eftersom det ger en h\u00e4rligt kr\u00e4mig och fyllig smak till s\u00e5sen.
