Det \u00e4r alltid lika gott<strong>. <\/strong>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r mitt senaste recept som jag gjorde f\u00f6rra veckan. Den blev riktigt lyckad. Tjock, kr\u00e4mig och god med lite sting fr\u00e5n den f\u00e4rska ingef\u00e4ran. F\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra och kokosgr\u00e4dde \u00e4r helt fantastiskt tillsammans. Det \u00e4r en av mina favoritingredienser som jag ofta anv\u00e4nder n\u00e4r jag lagar mat. F\u00f6rutom sin fantastiskt goda smak s\u00e5 \u00e4r den \u00e4ven v\u00e4ldigt bra f\u00f6r h\u00e4lsan<strong>. <\/strong>\u00c4ter du GI s\u00e5 \u00e4r det h\u00e4r en perfekt r\u00e4tt tillsammans med quinoa och en god sallad.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra f\u00f6r b\u00e4ttre h\u00e4lsa<\/strong><br \/>\nIngef\u00e4ra \u00e4r en gammal medicinalv\u00e4xt som anv\u00e4nds v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e4nge. Den \u00e4r k\u00e4nd f\u00f6r att motverka illam\u00e5ende, s\u00e4rskilt vid \u00e5ksjuka, sj\u00f6sjuka eller graviditet. Den hj\u00e4lper till att minska sm\u00e4rta och svullnad i lederna. Den har en h\u00f6g halt av antioxidanter och \u00e4r mycket bra f\u00f6r v\u00e5rt immunf\u00f6rsvar. Vissa studier visar att antioxidanterna som finns i ingef\u00e4ra \u00e4ven kan ha en viss effekt f\u00f6r att d\u00f6da av cancerceller naturligt.<\/p>\n<p>Den f\u00e4rska ingef\u00e4ran har en helt egen smak som \u00e4r unik och till skillnad fr\u00e5n andra kryddor och \u00f6rter s\u00e5 kan man inte byta ut den mot torkad ingef\u00e4ra i ett recept. Det blir helt enkelt inte samma goda smak. Om du inte anv\u00e4nder f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra s\u00e5 ofta kan du k\u00f6pa en bit och sedan frysa ned det som du inte anv\u00e4nder och ta upp portionsbitar efter hand.<\/p>\n<p>I det h\u00e4r receptet kan du anv\u00e4nda i stort sett vilka gr\u00f6nsaker som helst. Jag \u00e4lskar personligen kombinationen av r\u00f6d paprika och purjol\u00f6k tillsammans med curry, men prova dig g\u00e4rna fram med de gr\u00f6nsaker du har hemma. F\u00e4rska gr\u00f6nsaker \u00e4r s\u00e5klart alltid godast. Den utan kokossmak.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r om hela tiden och stek tills svampen mjuknat n\u00e5got och f\u00e5tt en fin yta. Ca 3-4 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg i curry och stek ytterligare en minut.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00f6lj linserna och l\u00e4gg i dom tillsammans med \u00f6vriga ingredienser i stekpannan.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t sm\u00e5puttra till linserna mjuknat i ca 10 - 15 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Smaka och justera med mer kryddor om det beh\u00f6vs.<\/li>\n<li>Servera med ris eller quinoa och sallad.<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>V\u00e4rmande, kr\u00e4mig vegetarisk currygryta Vi \u00e4lskar curry i v\u00e5ran familj och vi lagar n\u00e5gon form av currygryta minst en g\u00e5ng per vecka.
