Jag t\u00e4nkte ta med en ena korgen till en kompis som bjuder p\u00e5 tjejmys en kv\u00e4ll i veckan och den andra \u00e4r till en kompis som precis b\u00f6rjat experimentera lite med olika nyttiga recept. Jag t\u00e4nkte att en ask med rawfood praliner skulle kunna\u00a0ge lite\u00a0inspiration.<\/p>\n<p>Snickersreceptet \u00e4r en av mina absoluta favoriter. Den mjuka, s\u00f6ta fyllningen tillsammans med hackade salta n\u00f6tter och ett krispigt chokladh\u00f6lje \u00e4r helt fantastiskt. Rostade jordn\u00f6tter \u00e4r ju\u00a0inte rawfood, men jag g\u00f6r ett undantag i det h\u00e4r receptet. Man beh\u00f6ver bara lite n\u00f6tter f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 den fantastiska snickerssmaken och det \u00e4r \u00e4nd\u00e5 s\u00e5 otroligt mycket nyttigare \u00e4n n\u00e5gon s\u00f6tsak du k\u00f6per i aff\u00e4ren.<\/p>\n<p>Jag tyckte att det s\u00e5g lite gulligare ut med sm\u00e5 bollar \u00e4n en stor snickersbar s\u00e5 det passade bra nu n\u00e4r jag beh\u00f6vde tv\u00e5 presenter att ta med mig. Receptet \u00e4r mer eller mindre detsamma och det \u00e4r n\u00e4stan enklare att g\u00f6ra bollarna \u00e4n barsen. Mixa, rulla, doppa i choklad och str\u00f6 lite hackade n\u00f6tter \u00f6ver. Klart! Sedan \u00e4r det bara att l\u00e4gga dom i en liten fin l\u00e5da med ett vackert papper eller en rosett s\u00e5 har du v\u00e4rldens finaste present.<\/p>\n<p>Jag g\u00e5r ofta till secondhandbutiker eller loppisar och k\u00f6per sm\u00e5 askar eller korgar som jag kan ha till mina hemmagjorda rawfoodgodis. Det \u00e4r b\u00e5de billigare \u00e4n att k\u00f6pa nytt och s\u00e5 \u00e4r det ju s\u00e5 mycket finare. Gamla, n\u00f6tta saker har en charm och patina som nya, blanka saker inte har. Tryck in dom lite f\u00f6rsiktigt s\u00e5 att de fastnar.<\/li>\n<li>Doppa varje boll i choklad.<\/li>\n<li>Dekorera med en halv n\u00f6t p\u00e5 varje boll.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t chokladen stelna och f\u00f6rvara i luftt\u00e4t burk i kyl eller frys.<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De h\u00e4r s\u00f6ta rawfoodbollarna \u00e4r en ny version av en gammal favorit &#8211; Snickersbars.
