Jag har f\u00f6rs\u00f6kt g\u00f6ra vegetarisk bolognese m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger tidigare, men aldrig riktigt lyckats. Den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen blev det d\u00e4remot riktigt bra \u2013 och nu \u00e4r det en av familjens absoluta favoritr\u00e4tter.\n\nDen h\u00e4r kr\u00e4miga och smakrika vegetariska bolognesen \u00e4r perfekt som familjemiddag. Linser brukar inte vara mina d\u00f6ttrars favorit, men just den h\u00e4r bolognesen har blivit en riktig succ\u00e9!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ett annat plus med detta recept:<\/strong> den kommer att vara god f\u00f6rsta dagen, men \u00e4nnu b\u00e4ttre andra dagen. S\u00e5 g\u00f6r en stor omg\u00e5ng och njut av den under flera dagar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TIPS!<\/strong> Anv\u00e4nd denna vegetariska bolognese och g\u00f6r en riktigt god lasagne. Jag anv\u00e4nder zucchini, mozzarellaost och min bolognese i olika lager. Det \u00e4r s\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5 gott!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recept<br \/>\n<\/strong>5 dl finhackade champinjoner<br \/>\n2,5 dl finhackad purjol\u00f6k<br \/>\n2 finrivna mor\u00f6tter<br \/>\n400g krossade tomater<br \/>\n1,8 dl cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<br \/>\n1,25 dl sk\u00f6ljda r\u00f6da linser<br \/>\n1 tsk paprikapulver<br \/>\n1\/2 - 1 tesked sambal oelek<br \/>\n3 matskedar Toch of Taste flytande gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong<br \/>\n2 teskedar salt<br \/>\nen nypa grovmalen svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>H\u00e4ll olja i en stekpanna och stek den hackade purjol\u00f6ken och svampen med paprikapulver, salt och peppar tills de \u00e4r mjuka, r\u00f6r om regelbundet.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt de rivna mor\u00f6tterna, krossade tomater, cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, sambal oelek, flytande gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong och r\u00f6da linser.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t sjuda f\u00f6rsiktigt, t\u00e4ck \u00f6ver och puttra i 20 minuter, r\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 och tills\u00e4tt lite vatten om det b\u00f6rjar fastna.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"txt\">Koka under tiden upp saltat vatten och koka pastan enligt anvisningarna p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"txt\">Servera pastan med n\u00e5gra skedar bolognese p\u00e5 toppen.
