Nyckeln till framg\u00e5ng med det h\u00e4r receptet \u00e4r att jag anv\u00e4nt mig av en dutt stark riven v\u00e4sterbottenost. Det h\u00f6r ju inte alls hemma i ett rawfoodrecept, men jag t\u00e4nkte att jag f\u00f6r en g\u00e5ng skull inte skulle vara s\u00e5 himla strikt. Jag visste p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng n\u00e4r jag mixat cashewn\u00f6tterna och lagt i lite ost och salt att det h\u00e4r skulle bli n\u00e5got extra. Fyra ingredienser som du mixar ihop och s\u00e5 \u00e4r det klart. De soltorkade tomaterna ger b\u00e5de en god smak och en h\u00e4rlig f\u00e4rg \u00e5t skalet. Jag torkar pajskalet i min torkugn f\u00f6r att bevara s\u00e5 mycket av n\u00e4ringen som m\u00f6jligt, men det g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 bra att torka i din vanliga ugn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r torkar du i vanlig ugn. <\/strong><br \/>\nS\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 l\u00e4gsta v\u00e4rme ca. 50 - 75 grader. Torka skalet i ugnen ca 10 timmar tills det k\u00e4nns krispigt. S\u00e4tt ugnsluckan lite p\u00e5 gl\u00e4nt s\u00e5 att fukten kommer ut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gr\u00e4dda som vanligt<\/strong><br \/>\nOm du inte vill v\u00e4nta i tio timmar p\u00e5 att skalet skall torka i torkugn kan du \u00e4ven gr\u00e4dda p\u00e5 vanligt s\u00e4tt i ugnen. Gr\u00e4dda ca. 15 minuter p\u00e5 150 grader.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Extra, extra nyttigt...<\/strong><br \/>\nF\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ut det mesta av fr\u00f6erna i det h\u00e4r receptet s\u00e5 l\u00e4gger jag solrosfr\u00f6na och cashewn\u00f6tterna i bl\u00f6t ca. fyra timmar. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt kan jag tillgodog\u00f6ra mig alla fantastiska n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen p\u00e5 ett mycket b\u00e4ttre s\u00e4tt och magen f\u00e5r l\u00e4ttare att sm\u00e4lta maten. Det \u00e4r ett extra steg i processen som kan verka kr\u00e5nglig, men det \u00e4r mest en vanesak. Jag sl\u00e4nger ofta n\u00f6tter och fr\u00f6er i bl\u00f6t \u00f6ver natten s\u00e5 \u00e4r de f\u00e4rdiga att anv\u00e4ndas n\u00e4sta dag. <a href=\"https:\/\/angelasheaven.com\/sv\/varfor-bor-man-blotlagga-fron-och-notter\/\">L\u00e4s mer h\u00e4r om vilka f\u00f6rdelar bl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggning har &gt;&gt;<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Levande f\u00f6da - vad \u00e4r det?<\/strong><br \/>\nN\u00e4r man bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gger n\u00f6tter och fr\u00f6er v\u00e4cks de till liv och fr\u00e5n att ha varit torkade (sovande) s\u00e5 blir de levande och fulla med energi och livskraft - levande f\u00f6da. <a href=\"https:\/\/angelasheaven.com\/sv\/levande-foda-battre-halsa-2\/\">L\u00e4s mer om levande f\u00f6da och alla dess f\u00f6rdelar h\u00e4r &gt;&gt;<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Recept<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>BOTTEN<\/em><br \/>\n2,5 dl mandelmj\u00f6l<br \/>\n1 dl solrosfr\u00f6n<br \/>\n0,8 dl soltorkade tomater i olja<br \/>\n1\/2 tsk salt<\/p>\n<p><em>Fyllning<\/em><br \/>\n2,5 dl cashewn\u00f6tter<br \/>\n1,7 dl riven v\u00e4sterbottenost<br \/>\n1 dl vatten<br \/>\n3\/4 tsk salt<br \/>\n2,5 dl grovt hackade valn\u00f6tter<br \/>\n1 dl finhackade soltorkade tomater i olja<br \/>\n7 dl finhackad ruccola<br \/>\n4 msk finhackad purjo eller gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<br \/>\nEn handfull svarta oliver och k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater till dekoration<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pajskal<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e4gg solrosfr\u00f6n och soltorkade tomater i en mixer och mixa tills massan klumpar ihop sig. Det tar lite tid och du f\u00e5r stanna mellan varven och skrapa ned fr\u00e5n sidorna. Ha t\u00e5lamod. Efter n\u00e5gra minuter kommer den naturliga oljan i n\u00f6tterna b\u00f6rja sippra ut och n\u00f6tmassan blir sm\u00f6rig.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt den rivna osten, vattnet och saltet n\u00e4r n\u00f6tsm\u00f6ret \u00e4r sl\u00e4tt och kr\u00e4migt. Mixa. Smaka av.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Gr\u00f6nsaksfyllning<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e4gg hackade valn\u00f6tter, soltorkade tomater, ruccola och purjo i en sk\u00e5l och r\u00f6r om tills smeten \u00e4r v\u00e4l blandad. F\u00f6rdela gr\u00f6nsakerna j\u00e4mt \u00f6ver pajbotten.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6rdela osts\u00e5sen i ett j\u00e4mnt lager \u00f6ver gr\u00f6nsakerna och dekorera med k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater, ruccola och svarta oliver. Jag str\u00f6dde \u00e4ven \u00f6ver lite svarta sesamfr\u00f6n. De ger inte s\u00e5 mycket smak, men det blir en fin effekt med de svarta prickarna mot det vita ostt\u00e4cket.<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bara nyttigt och s\u00e5 gott!
