Det \u00e4r oftast ganska l\u00e4tt att sv\u00e4nga ihop och det blir s\u00e5 gott. Det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att tro att n\u00f6tter, dadlar och kakao kan g\u00e5 att j\u00e4mf\u00f6ra med vanliga bakverk, men det kan det verkligen. Jag unnar mig ibland \"vanliga\" kakor som jag fortfarande tycker om, men det blir inte s\u00e5 ofta numera. N\u00e4r godistarmen talar om att den vill ha n\u00e5got brukar den bli riktig glad \u00f6ver en hemmagjord raw food kaka. De \u00e4r otroligt smakrika och oftast ganska m\u00e4ttande s\u00e5 det r\u00e4cker med bara en liten bit ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r vanliga kakor som man kan \u00e4ta ganska mycket av. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt blir det dubbel s\u00e5 nyttigt. Jag ville prova n\u00e5got nytt och det blev en h\u00e4rlig kombination av chokladbotten, gr\u00f6n mint och krispig m\u00f6rk choklad. Blanda v\u00e4l.<\/li>\n<li>Forma smeten med h\u00e4nderna till en rektangel p\u00e5 ett sm\u00f6rpapper (ca. 30\u00d723 cm.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Gr\u00f6n mynta<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mixa cashewn\u00f6tterna tills de blir som sm\u00f6r. Det kan ta ett par minuter och du f\u00e5r stanna ett par g\u00e5nger och skrapa ner fr\u00e5n sidorna. Efter en stund b\u00f6rjar fettet sippra ur n\u00f6tterna och det blir sm\u00f6rigt.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt spenaten, agavesirapen, och mintessensen. Mixa sl\u00e4tt.<\/li>\n<li>Sprid ut den gr\u00f6na smeten \u00f6ver chokladbotten.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e4r du skall sk\u00e4ra ut rutor underl\u00e4ttar det om kakan st\u00e5tt i frysen en stund s\u00e5 att den stelnar. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 en dryg halvtimme.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r sju rader p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden och fem rader p\u00e5 kortsidan.<\/li>\n<li>Doppa eller pensla den gr\u00f6na toppen i sm\u00e4lt choklad. Ju tjockare lager desto b\u00e4ttre. Det \u00e4r gott med det krispiga, m\u00f6rka chokladen till den mjuka, s\u00f6ta kakan.
