Helt underbart!\n\nDen \u00e4r dessutom v\u00e4ldigt enkel att g\u00f6ra. Du beh\u00f6ver bara l\u00e4gga alla ingredienser i en kastrull och l\u00e5ta soppan sjuda i cirka femton minuter. Sedan har du en v\u00e4rmande, smakrik soppa som doftar gott i hela huset.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 idag har jag kombinerat n\u00e5gra av mina favoritingredienser i en h\u00e4rlig, kr\u00e4mig soppa: r\u00f6da linser, r\u00f6d curry, limeblad, kokosmj\u00f6lk, tomater och lite chili. Underbart! Den \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra. Allt du beh\u00f6ver g\u00f6ra \u00e4r att sl\u00e4nga ingredienserna i en kastrull och l\u00e5ta det sjuda p\u00e5 spisen i femton minuter. Sedan har du en uts\u00f6kt, v\u00e4rmande soppa med massor av smaker och ditt hus kommer att dofta underbart.<\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e4lskar mjuka och lena r\u00f6da linser som kokar mycket snabbare \u00e4n andra linser. De beh\u00f6ver inte bl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggas f\u00f6re tillagning och en hel kopp kokta linser inneh\u00e5ller bara 200 kalorier. Kokosmj\u00f6lken i det h\u00e4r receptet ger en s\u00f6t, unik smak till soppan men \u00e4r \u00e4nd\u00e5 tillr\u00e4ckligt subtil f\u00f6r att hela familjen ska tycka om den.<\/p>\n<p><em>Den h\u00e4r soppan \u00e4r en utm\u00e4rkt frysv\u00e4nlig m\u00e5ltid som smakar lika bra en m\u00e5nad senare.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Recept,\u00a0<\/strong><em>serverar 2<\/em><br \/>\n3\/4 kopp R\u00f6da linser (sk\u00f6ljda)<br \/>\n1\/2 kopp Finhackad l\u00f6k<br \/>\n1,5 kopp vatten<br \/>\n1 kopp kokosn\u00f6tsgr\u00e4dde\/mj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n1 kopp Hackade f\u00e4rska tomater<br \/>\n2 blad av lime<br \/>\n1 tesked r\u00f6d currypulver<br \/>\n1,5 tesked salt<br \/>\nEn nypa chilipulver<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>V\u00e4rm olivolja i en stor kastrull p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt l\u00f6ken och koka under omr\u00f6rning tills den \u00e4r genomskinlig och genomkokt.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f6r ner resten av ingredienserna.<\/li>\n<li>Koka upp blandningen och s\u00e4nk sedan v\u00e4rmen till en simmer och koka utan lock (r\u00f6r om ibland) tills linserna \u00e4r mjuka, ca 15 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Ta bort limebladen.<\/li>\n<li>Anv\u00e4nd en stavmixer och mixa soppan s\u00e5 att den f\u00e5r en sl\u00e4t konsistens. Jag gillar min soppa n\u00e4r den \u00e4r medium v\u00e4l mixad s\u00e5 jag anv\u00e4nder stavmixern i bara n\u00e5gra sekunder och sedan har jag den perfekta kr\u00e4migheten.<\/li>\n<li>Smaka av och justera med mer salt om s\u00e5 \u00f6nskas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Njut!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fantastiskt glutenfritt br\u00f6d<\/strong><br \/>\nJag \u00e4lskar soppor, s\u00e4rskilt om jag har en god bit br\u00f6d till. Prova det h\u00e4r glutenfria br\u00f6det. Det \u00e4r ett av de b\u00e4sta glutenfria br\u00f6den jag n\u00e5gonsin har smakat.
