Det \u00e4r lite knepigt att f\u00e5 till ett gott glutenfritt br\u00f6d. Det finns en hel uppsj\u00f6 av olika slags mj\u00f6lsorter och recept, men ganska ofta blir resultatet ett kompakt och svampigt br\u00f6d. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r blev jag s\u00e5 glad n\u00e4r jag provade det h\u00e4r receptet. Det \u00e4r helt fantastiskt gott! Jag har gjort det massor av g\u00e5nger och det blir lika gott varje g\u00e5ng. Br\u00f6det \u00e4r fullt av krispiga hasseln\u00f6tter och mjuka, s\u00f6ta fikon. Det \u00e4r en perfekt smakkombination och passar kanske som allra b\u00e4st runt jul, men jag \u00e4ter det hela tiden. G\u00e4rna med mycket sm\u00f6r p\u00e5. Inte dumt!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recept, <\/strong><strong>1 br\u00f6d<br \/>\n<\/strong>1 dl krossade linfr\u00f6n<br \/>\n1 dl sesamfr\u00f6n<br \/>\n2 msk psylliumskal<br \/>\n3 dl kokande vatten<br \/>\n2 dl Durra mj\u00f6l<br \/>\n2 dl R\u00e5rismj\u00f6l<br \/>\n25 gram j\u00e4st\/torrj\u00e4st<br \/>\n0,5 dl majsst\u00e4rkelse eller maizena<br \/>\n2 tsk bikarbonat<br \/>\n1 tsk salt<br \/>\n\u00bd tsk br\u00f6dkryddor<br \/>\n2 dl filmj\u00f6lk (eller havregr\u00e4dde)<br \/>\n0,75 dl \u00e4kta l\u00f6nnsirap eller honung<br \/>\n1 dl rostade hasseln\u00f6tter<br \/>\n1 dl pumpa fr\u00f6n<br \/>\n1 dl strimlade fikon och dadlar<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r...<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Blanda physlium husk, linfr\u00f6n och sesamfr\u00f6n i en bunke och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver det kokande vattnet.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda v\u00e4l och l\u00e5t blandningen sv\u00e4lla i 15 min.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda mj\u00f6l, majsst\u00e4rkelse och bikarbonat och salt i en annan bunke. I fall du anv\u00e4nder torrj\u00e4st tills\u00e4tter du den nu och blanda noga i mj\u00f6let.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt filmj\u00f6lken (anv\u00e4nder du vanlig j\u00e4st smular du ner den nu).<\/li>\n<li>Anv\u00e4nd en degblandare eller vispa med elvisp tills allt g\u00e4sten \u00e4r noga f\u00f6rdelat i degen.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt l\u00f6nnsirap och till sist n\u00f6tterna och fikon\/dadlar.  Degen ska vara kletig men inte rinnig. Verkar degen f\u00f6r torr tills\u00e4tt mer filmj\u00f6lk.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll upp smeten i en smord br\u00f6dform. Str\u00f6 ev. \u00f6ver lite mj\u00f6l.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t degen j\u00e4sa \u00f6vert\u00e4ckt med en bakduk i 80 min.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 C.<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda i nedre delen i ca 50- 60 min. Testa med en sticka och se om den \u00e4r torr. H\u00e5ll \u00e4ven lite koll p\u00e5 f\u00e4rgen.
