Jag \u00e4lskar det!\nDet g\u00e5r verkligen inte att j\u00e4mf\u00f6ra med andra glutenfria br\u00f6d jag har bakat.\nDet \u00e4r s\u00e5 mjukt och saftigt, och smaken p\u00e5minner faktiskt lite om jul.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recept, 1 br\u00f6d<br \/>\n<\/strong>85 g krossade linfr\u00f6n<br \/>\n85 g sesamfr\u00f6n<br \/>\n2 matskedar psylliumskal<br \/>\n3 deciliter kokande vatten<br \/>\n2 dl Sorghum-mj\u00f6l<br \/>\n2 dl brunt rismj\u00f6l<br \/>\n25 gram j\u00e4st \/ torrj\u00e4st<br \/>\n0,5 dl majsst\u00e4rkelse eller majsmj\u00f6l<br \/>\n2 tsk bakpulver<br \/>\n1 tsk salt<br \/>\n\u00bd tesked br\u00f6dkryddor<br \/>\n2 dl fil (eller havregr\u00e4dde)<br \/>\n1 dl \u00e4kta l\u00f6nnsirap eller honung<br \/>\n3 ounces rostade hasseln\u00f6tter<br \/>\n3\/4 dl pumpafr\u00f6n<br \/>\n3\/4 dl strimlade fikon och dadlar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instruktioner<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Blanda psylliumskal, linfr\u00f6n och sesamfr\u00f6n i en sk\u00e5l och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver det kokande vattnet.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda v\u00e4l och l\u00e5t blandningen sv\u00e4lla i 15 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda mj\u00f6l, bakpulver och salt i en annan sk\u00e5l. Om du anv\u00e4nder torrj\u00e4st ska du s\u00e4tta i den nu och blanda ordentligt i mj\u00f6let.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt filmj\u00f6lken (om du anv\u00e4nder vanlig j\u00e4st smula ner den nu).<\/li>\n<li>Anv\u00e4nd en degblandare eller vispa med elvisp tills all j\u00e4st \u00e4r noggrant f\u00f6rdelad i degen.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt l\u00f6nnsirap och till sist n\u00f6tter och fikon\/ dadlar. Degen ska vara kladdig men inte rinnande. \u00c4r degen f\u00f6r torr tills\u00e4tt mer fil.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll smeten i en smord br\u00f6dform.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t degen j\u00e4sa \u00f6vert\u00e4ckt med en handduk i 80 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6rv\u00e4rm ugnen till 200\u00b0C.
