Det ger en god konsistens.<\/li>\n<li class=\"\">Tills\u00e4tt salt och mandelmj\u00f6l och blanda ihop.<\/li>\n<li class=\"\">Kavla ut degen tunt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"\">Placera p\u00e5 en bricka i torkugn i ca. 10 timmar eller till pajskalet \u00e4r krispigt. Alternativt gr\u00e4dda i vanlig ugn p\u00e5 150C i ca. 15 min eller till degen \u00e4r krispig.<\/li>\n<li class=\"\">Ta ut botten ur ugnen och toppa med tunt skivad avokado, tunt skivad mozzarella, tomat, ruccola.<\/li>\n<li class=\"\">Blanda peston med olivolja s\u00e5 att den blir flytande.
