Gott, m\u00e4ttande, l\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra och nyttigt. Perfekt som frukost eller mellanm\u00e5l. Jag har \u00e4tit den h\u00e4r frukosten de senaste veckorna och jag \u00e4lskar den. Sylten r\u00f6r du ihop p\u00e5 n\u00e5gon minut och sedan st\u00e5r den flera dagar i kylsk\u00e5pet. Jag anv\u00e4nder sylten till frukost i fil eller p\u00e5 mina glutenfria pannkakor. Ett v\u00e4ldigt bra och h\u00e4lsosamt alternativ till vanlig sylt med socker i. Min favorit \u00e4r ekologiska jordgubbar och jag anv\u00e4nder oftast Polaricas frysta ekologiska jordgubbar, men det g\u00e5r s\u00e5klart lika bra med vilka b\u00e4r som helst. R\u00f6r i ett par teskedar <a href=\"https:\/\/angelasheaven.com\/sv\/chia-ett-superfro-med-manga-fordelar\/\"><em>chiafr\u00f6n<\/em><\/a> (massor av Omega3) f\u00f6r en tjockare konsistens och s\u00f6ta med honung eller agavesirap om du vill, men jag tycker oftast den funkar bra utan.<\/p>\n<p>Toppa med musli, granola eller l\u00e4tt rostade n\u00f6tter och fr\u00f6er. Anv\u00e4nd det du har hemma och tycker om. I det h\u00e4r receptet ringlar jag \u00f6ver agavesirap, men jag tycker faktiskt det \u00e4r lika gott utan. Den grekiska yoghurten \u00e4r s\u00e5 kr\u00e4mig och det \u00e4r gott med den syrliga smaken.
