Jag var s\u00e5 exalterad \u00f6ver den nya bl\u00e5b\u00e4rsrawfoodkakan som jag h\u00f6ll p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra och gl\u00f6mde helt bort lunchen. N\u00e4r jag var klar med min kaka var jag hungrig och sl\u00e4ngde i n\u00e5gra ingredienser som jag hade hemma i en kastrull och l\u00e4t dem puttra i ungef\u00e4r tjugo minuter. Till min f\u00f6rv\u00e5ning blev den riktigt, riktigt god. Jag anv\u00e4nde tv\u00e5 av mina favoritkryddor...citrongr\u00e4s och limeblad. Jag \u00e4lskar hur de smakar och i kombination ger de en perfekt smak.<\/p>\n<p>I det h\u00e4r receptet tillsatte jag kokosgr\u00e4dde f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en tjock, kr\u00e4mig soppa och mungb\u00f6nor som jag hade bl\u00f6tlagt kv\u00e4llen innan. Mungb\u00f6nor \u00e4r en bra proteink\u00e4lla och de \u00e4r fulla av n\u00e4ring, men om du inte har dem hemma kan du anv\u00e4nda r\u00f6da linser. R\u00f6da linser \u00e4r bra om du inte har s\u00e5 mycket tid eftersom du inte beh\u00f6ver bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gga dem. Sl\u00e4ng bara ner dem i soppan och l\u00e5t dem sjuda tills de \u00e4r mjuka och sp\u00e4da (cirka tjugo minuter).<\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett bra recept att g\u00f6ra dubbel sats av. G\u00f6r lunchl\u00e5dor och f\u00f6rvara dem i frysen s\u00e5 har du alltid n\u00e5got nyttigt och gott n\u00e4r du \u00e4r hungrig. Tills\u00e4tt den finhackade purjol\u00f6ken och curryn.<\/li>\n<li>Stek p\u00e5 l\u00e5g temperatur i 2 - 3 minuter tills aromerna sl\u00e4pps ut.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt resten av ingredienserna och l\u00e5t sjuda i 20 minuter eller tills mungb\u00f6norna \u00e4r mjuka. Ta bort citrongr\u00e4set och limebladen. Sl\u00e4ng dem.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt mer vatten om soppan \u00e4r f\u00f6r tjock eller \u00e4t den som den \u00e4r med ris eller
