Det blev mycket pillande med olika smaker och jag gl\u00f6mde helt av tiden. N\u00e4r klockan var tolv kurrade magen rej\u00e4lt och jag fick sl\u00e4nga ihop n\u00e5got snabbt. Resultatet blev den h\u00e4r grytan\/soppan och den blev faktiskt helt fantastiskt god. Jag sl\u00e4ngde ihop lite av varje som jag trodde skulle passa, l\u00e4t det koka tjugo minuter och....voila...en kr\u00e4mig, god gryta med h\u00e4rliga smaker. Limeblad och citrongr\u00e4s \u00e4r tv\u00e5 favoriter som jag g\u00e4rna anv\u00e4nder n\u00e4r jag lagar mat. De har en v\u00e4ldigt speciell smak som jag \u00e4lskar och tillsammans blir det sagolikt gott. Jag anv\u00e4nde mungb\u00f6nor i det h\u00e4r receptet, men om du inte har det hemma kan du lika g\u00e4rna ta r\u00f6da linser som inte beh\u00f6ver bl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggas eller n\u00e5gra andra b\u00f6nor eller linser.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mungb\u00f6nor \u00e4r riktiga sm\u00e5 superb\u00f6nor<\/strong><br \/>\nMungb\u00f6nor inneh\u00e5ller massor av n\u00e4ring och de smakar i stort sett ingenting s\u00e5 de \u00e4r en av mina favoritb\u00f6nor. De blir inte heller s\u00e5 mj\u00f6liga som m\u00e5nga andra b\u00f6nor kan bli, vilket jag uppskattar. Prova g\u00e4rna att bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gga mungb\u00f6norna och l\u00e5ta de ligga i ett durkslag ca. tv\u00e5 dagar (sk\u00f6lj en g\u00e5ng varje dag). Ju l\u00e4ngre bl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggning desto kortare koktid. Sk\u00f6lj b\u00f6norna i kallt vatten. (Om du inte har tid eller lust att bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gga b\u00f6norna s\u00e5 g\u00e5r det bra att koka dom direkt, men det tar ca. 50 minuter f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 dom mjuka. Koka d\u00e5 mungb\u00f6norna i en separat gryta en halvtimme f\u00f6rst s\u00e5 att inte resten av ingredienserna kokas s\u00f6nder och l\u00e4gg sedan ner dom i grytan och koka med de sista 20 minutrarna.)<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg den finhackade purjol\u00f6ken i en stekpanna och stek p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme tillsammans med curryn tills purjon mjuknat.<\/li>\n<li>Krossa citrongr\u00e4set med baksidan p\u00e5 en kniv s\u00e5 att smakerna kan komma ut.<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt resten av ingredienserna och l\u00e5t allt puttra i ca. 20 minuter eller tills b\u00f6norna blivit mjuka.<\/li>\n<li>Ta bort citrongr\u00e4set och limebladen och sl\u00e4ng.<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Idag har jag spenderat dagen i k\u00f6ket och experimenterat med nya recept.
