I dag provade jag att blanda bl\u00e5b\u00e4r, kokosgr\u00e4dde och en gnutta rivet apelsinskal med cashewn\u00f6tter och det blev en riktigt h\u00e4rlig, kr\u00e4mig smet. Den skulle man n\u00e4stan kunna \u00e4ta precis som den \u00e4r med lite f\u00e4rska b\u00e4r till, men jag ville prova att g\u00f6ra en n\u00f6tbotten till s\u00e5 jag malde pecann\u00f6tter och mina favoritdadlar - medjooldadlar till en smulig massa och anv\u00e4nde som t\u00e5rtbotten. Pecann\u00f6tter har en v\u00e4ldigt len, god smak och det passade v\u00e4ldigt bra till den h\u00e4r t\u00e5rtan. Har du inte pecann\u00f6tter hemma g\u00e5r det lika bra med mandlar, valn\u00f6tter eller n\u00e5gon annan n\u00f6t.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att f\u00e5 stadga i bl\u00e5b\u00e4rst\u00e5rtan valde jag att l\u00e4gga i tv\u00e5 teskedar agar agar i smeten. Det fungerade bra, men jag undrar om det inte egentligen skulle g\u00e5 lika bra med ett par matskedar kokosolja (helst utan smak). Det kanske hade varit l\u00e4ttare, men det f\u00e5r jag prova n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng. Om du tar upp den en stund innan s\u00e5 kan du \u00e4ta den lite halvtinad s\u00e5 blir den lite som glass i konsistensen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recept, <\/strong><em>ca. 10 bitar<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e5 bl\u00e5b\u00e4rsmousse<\/strong><br \/>\n3,5 dl cashewn\u00f6tter<br \/>\n1,7 dl tjock kokosgr\u00e4dde<br \/>\n3,5 dl tinade bl\u00e5b\u00e4r<br \/>\n6 msk agavesirap<br \/>\nFinrivet skal fr\u00e5n 1st. ekologisk apelsin (2tsk)<br \/>\n1 tsk agar agar agar som l\u00f6ses upp i 0,5 dl kokande vatten<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00f6tbotten<\/strong><br \/>\n3,5 dl pekann\u00f6tter<br \/>\n1 dl urk\u00e4rnade medjooldadlar (\u00e4ven andra mjuka dadlar g\u00e5r bra)<br \/>\n1 nypa salt<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r...<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00f6tbotten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e4gg b\u00e5de n\u00f6tter, dadlar och en nypa salt i en matberedare eller mixer.<\/li>\n<li>Mixa till du f\u00e5r en smet som h\u00e5ller ihop, men som fortfarande har lite tuggmotst\u00e5nd. Det \u00e4r gott om det blir sm\u00e5 n\u00f6tbitar i smeten. Prova att nypa i degen och se s\u00e5 att den klibbar ihop. Annars kan du mixa en liten stund till.<\/li>\n<li>Tryck ut degen j\u00e4mnt p\u00e5 botten i en form (18cm) med l\u00f6stagbara kanter. Jag brukar ta av kanten f\u00f6r att se s\u00e5 att degen \u00e4r j\u00e4mnt f\u00f6rdelad \u00f6ver hela botten.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>R\u00e5 bl\u00e5b\u00e4rsmousse<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e4gg cashewn\u00f6tterna i en matberedare eller mixer och mixa flera minuter tills n\u00f6tterna blir till ett mjukt, kr\u00e4migt n\u00f6tsm\u00f6r utan bitar i. Du kan beh\u00f6va stanna din mixer och skrapa ner smeten fr\u00e5n kanterna ett par g\u00e5nger.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4rm vattnet i en liten kastrull och l\u00e4gg i agar agar.
