Det \u00e4r n\u00e5got jag n\u00e4stan alltid har ett litet lager av hemma. Jag \u00e4lskar br\u00f6d och fr\u00f6kn\u00e4cke \u00e4r n\u00e4stan som godis. Riktigt bra n\u00e4r jag blir sugen p\u00e5 n\u00e5gonting. D\u00e5 tar jag en stor bit fr\u00f6kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d med sm\u00f6r och en skiva stark ost eller lite mosad avokado, skivad tomat och flingsalt. S\u00e5 gott! G\u00e4rna tillsammans med en stor kopp te s\u00e5 blir det ett mysigt mellanm\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har finlirat lite med olika ingredienser och kommit fram till det h\u00e4r receptet som \u00e4r min favorit. Jag har lagt i lite jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r i smeten och det blir riktigt gott. Det smakar inte s\u00e5 mycket jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r, men det blir en god n\u00f6tig smak.<br \/>\nChiafr\u00f6na anv\u00e4nder jag f\u00f6r att kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6det skall h\u00e5lla ihop, men det ger ocks\u00e5 massor av n\u00e4ring av n\u00e4ring till br\u00f6det. Omega 3 och extra vitaminer. M\u00e5nga fr\u00f6kn\u00e4cke har linfr\u00f6n i smeten, men oljan i linfr\u00f6na \u00e4r s\u00e5 k\u00e4nsligt att det l\u00e4tt blir d\u00e5ligt i v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 d\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r det mycket b\u00e4ttre att anv\u00e4nda chiafr\u00f6n. L\u00e4gg en grytlapp eller k\u00f6kshandduk i ugnsluckan s\u00e5 att lite luft sl\u00e4pper ut och ugnen blir lite lagom varm. H\u00e5ll koll s\u00e5 att inte br\u00f6den blir f\u00f6r bruna.
