Jag har en stor glasburk st\u00e5ende p\u00e5 k\u00f6ksb\u00e4nken, och jag \u00e4lskar att ta en rej\u00e4l bit kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d med mosad avokado, tomater, flingsalt och en kopp te.\n\nKn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d \u00e4r den perfekta, krispiga och delikata basen f\u00f6r sm\u00f6r, ost, hummus \u2013 eller egentligen vad som helst som \u00e4r lite salt och gott. Den ska vara tjock och kompakt.<\/li>\n<li>Ta tv\u00e5 ark sm\u00f6rpapper i samma storlek som dina bakpl\u00e5tar.<\/li>\n<li>Pensla sm\u00f6rpappret med olja eller sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6rdela h\u00e4lften av degen p\u00e5 varje bakpl\u00e5tspapper och anv\u00e4nd h\u00e4nderna f\u00f6r att trycka ut degen s\u00e5 tunt som m\u00f6jligt.\nLaga eventuella sprickor med fingrarna allt eftersom.\nDu kan ocks\u00e5 anv\u00e4nda en spatel f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en riktigt j\u00e4mn yta.<\/li>\n<li>Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver flingsalt.<\/li>\n<li>Baka i ugnen i 20 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Ta ut ur ugnen och v\u00e4nd f\u00f6rsiktigt p\u00e5 varje kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d.<\/li>\n<li>Dra bort bakpl\u00e5tspapperet och s\u00e4tt in br\u00f6det i ugnen igen i 15 minuter eller tills br\u00f6det \u00e4r knaprigt och torrt. (tillagningstiden beror p\u00e5 degens tjocklek).<\/li>\n<li>Om br\u00f6det fortfarande \u00e4r lite mjukt i mitten ... st\u00e4ng av ugnen och l\u00e5t br\u00f6det stanna i ugnen tills det \u00e4r krispigt och torrt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Tips:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Om br\u00f6det mjuknar under f\u00f6rvaringen (detta kan h\u00e4nda i fuktiga milj\u00f6er), v\u00e4rm dem i ugnen p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5t i 150 C i 5 till 7 minuter. Efter kylning \u00e4r de krispiga igen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6det h\u00e5ller sig ganska l\u00e4nge n\u00e4r det har svalnat helt och f\u00f6rvaras i en luftt\u00e4t beh\u00e5llare.
