Antioxidanterna f\u00f6rst\u00f6rs, vilket g\u00f6r att oljan b\u00f6rjar oxidera och det skapas farliga \u00e4mnen som kan ge upphov till sjukdomar. MCT \u00e4r fetter som inte lagras i fettv\u00e4ven i din kropp, utan ist\u00e4llet oms\u00e4tts av din lever och i dina muskler som energi.<br \/>\nJag har anv\u00e4nt smakneutral (smakar inte kokos) ekologisk kokosolja i m\u00e5nga \u00e5r n\u00e4r jag steker och jag rekommenderar det till alla mina v\u00e4nner. Det \u00e4r det b\u00e4sta alternativet till alla andra oljor och vanligt sm\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r s\u00e4ger n\u00e4ringsexperten Zarah \u00d6hberg om vad som \u00e4r mest h\u00e4lsosamt att steka i:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\"Oljor \u00f6verlag t\u00e5l inte s\u00e4rskilt h\u00f6ga temperaturer, d\u00e5 de h\u00e4rsknar l\u00e4tt. Olivoljan t\u00e5l lite h\u00f6gre temperatur \u00e4n rapsolja eftersom oliver inneh\u00e5ller mycket E-vitamin, en stark oxidant som skyddar mot den oxidation som uppst\u00e5r vid upphettning. Oljan t\u00e5l allts\u00e5 l\u00e5ga temperaturer \u00e4n m\u00e5nga andra oljor, men \u00e4r fortfarande s\u00e5 k\u00e4nslig att till exempel stekning b\u00f6r undvikas.<\/p>\n<p>I l\u00e4nder d\u00e4r de \u00e4ter mycket olja \u00e4ter de oftast oljan kallpressad och ringlar oljan \u00f6ver maten i efterhand. Samma i asiatiska k\u00f6ket, d\u00e4r olja anv\u00e4nds till exempel n\u00e4r de wokar, men d\u00e5 under v\u00e4ldigt kort tillagningstid. I Sverige, d\u00e4r vi steker v\u00e5r mat s\u00e5 h\u00e5rt och i h\u00f6g temperatur, blir det ett s\u00e4mre alternativ. D\u00e4remot kan man absolut ringla p\u00e5 olja i efterhand, n\u00e4r maten redan \u00e4r tillagad.
