Jag har ett skafferi med m\u00e5nga olika mj\u00f6lsorter f\u00f6r att kunna experimentera med glutenfria recept och det \u00e4r precis vad jag gjort de sista veckorna till barnens stora gl\u00e4dje eftersom det inneburit att jag gjort pannkakor flera dagar i veckan och de har \u00e4tit dom till frukost. Det har inte varit m\u00e5nga protester \u00e4ven om vissa har varit allt ifr\u00e5n h\u00e5rda, till torra pannkakor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nu har jag i alla fall kommit fram till det perfekta receptet<\/strong> som \u00e4r v\u00e4l utprovat och godk\u00e4nt av hela familjen inklusive man och barn. Vi hade dom till frukost i l\u00f6rdags med jordgubbar och vaniljkr\u00e4m och det var himmelskt gott. Det \u00e4r mysig att ha lite extra mumsigt just p\u00e5 l\u00f6rdag morgon s\u00e5 man k\u00e4nner att det \u00e4r helg och kommer i mysst\u00e4mning inf\u00f6r dagen.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r det b\u00e4sta jag vet med l\u00e5nga frukostar och det h\u00e4r kommer nog bli v\u00e5ran l\u00f6rdagsfrukost ett tag till. Det tar lite tid att steka pannkakor, men det \u00e4r det v\u00e4rt. De h\u00e4r pannkakorna inneh\u00e5ller fler \u00e4gg \u00e4n vanligt s\u00e5 de \u00e4r m\u00e4ttande och fulla av nyttigt protein. Det k\u00e4nns bra att ge barnen en bra start p\u00e5 dagen med de h\u00e4r fina pannkisarna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nyttiga ingredienser<\/strong><br \/>\nMj\u00f6let i det h\u00e4r receptet inneh\u00e5ller mer n\u00e4ring \u00e4n om jag hade anv\u00e4nt vanligt vetemj\u00f6l. Havremj\u00f6l inneh\u00e5ller bland annat betaglukan som\u00a0bidrar till att s\u00e4nka ditt onda kolesterol. Det \u00e4r \u00e4ven blodsockerreglerande, m\u00e4ttande och inneh\u00e5ller h\u00e4lsosamma fett\u00e4mnen som f\u00f6rebygger cancer.\u00a0Mat med h\u00f6gt inneh\u00e5ll av fiber \u00e4r gynnsamt f\u00f6r kolesterolniv\u00e5erna. Havre \u00e4r inget undantag. De l\u00f6sliga fibrerna (betaglukan) i havregryn hj\u00e4lper till att minska kroppens upptag av det onda LDL-kolesterolet, som kan \u00f6ka risken f\u00f6r hj\u00e4rtinfarkt och stroke.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Psylliumhusk \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r magen<\/strong>, eftersom den h\u00f6ga fiberhalten binder v\u00e4tska och kan hj\u00e4lpa till vid exempel f\u00f6rstoppning.\u00a0Utm\u00e4rkt f\u00f6r dem som vill komplettera intaget av fibrer, till exempel, n\u00e4r en low-carb eller glutenfri diet f\u00f6ljs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Raw vaniljs\u00e5s<\/strong><br \/>\nN\u00e4r jag gjorde lyxvarianten i helgen med jordgubbar s\u00e5 gjorde jag \u00e4ven en tjock vaniljkr\u00e4m som \u00e4r raw och b\u00e5de nyttig och god. Den kan du anv\u00e4nda som bas till en sagolikt god chiapudding eller som vaniljs\u00e5s till bakverk och pannkakor. Var f\u00f6rsiktig s\u00e5 att smeten inte skummar f\u00f6r mycket. Skummet g\u00f6r det sv\u00e5rt att steka pannkakorna.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4nta tv\u00e5 till tre minuter tills smeten tjocknar (n\u00e4r fiberhusken sv\u00e4ller).<\/li>\n<li>Stek pannkakorna sedan p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng f\u00f6r att inte smeten skall tjockna f\u00f6r mycket. Anv\u00e4nd sm\u00f6r eller kokosolja utan smak. Jag steker i en blandning av b\u00e5da. Sm\u00f6r ger pannkakorna en fantastiskt god smak och kokosoljan klarar hetta b\u00e4st av alla fetter och f\u00f6rhindrar att det blir skadligt.<\/li>\n<li>Servera med valfria tillbeh\u00f6r.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Recept raw vaniljs\u00e5s<br \/>\n<\/strong>3\u00a0dl naturella, osaltade cashewn\u00f6tter<br \/>\n2-2,5 dl vatten<br \/>\n2-3\u00a0tsk vaniljextrakt<br \/>\nValfri s\u00f6tning, tex 4 st dadlar eller\u00a03 msk agavesirap. Smaka av och l\u00e4gg till mer s\u00f6tning och vanilj om du vill ha det.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00f6rvara i kyl.
