Jag har gjort MASSOR av pannkakor de senaste veckorna eftersom jag verkligen ville f\u00e5 till receptet r\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p>Pannkakor \u00e4r inte n\u00e5got man vanligtvis t\u00e4nker p\u00e5 som n\u00e4ringsrik mat, men de h\u00e4r \u00e4r fyllda med protein, h\u00e4lsosamma fetter och fibrer. F\u00f6r att \u00f6ka n\u00e4ringsinneh\u00e5llet i det h\u00e4r receptet har jag anv\u00e4nt en kombination av havremj\u00f6l och rismj\u00f6l och jag har tillsatt fler \u00e4gg f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra pannkakorna mer m\u00e4ttande. Havremj\u00f6let har ett h\u00f6gt inneh\u00e5ll av antioxidanter och en rad olika vitaminer och mineraler. Psylliumhusk \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r att ge pannkakorna en mjuk konsistens och det tillf\u00f6r en hel del h\u00e4lsosamma fibrer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rawfood vaniljs\u00e5s<\/strong><br \/>\nJag brukar servera mina pannkakor med b\u00e4r och ibland g\u00f6r jag min raw food vaniljs\u00e5s och h\u00e4ller \u00f6ver pannkakorna. S\u00e5 gott och s\u00e5 enkelt att g\u00f6ra! Finns det n\u00e5got b\u00e4ttre s\u00e4tt att sparka ig\u00e5ng en morgon?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vad du beh\u00f6ver till pannkakorna: <\/strong>(<em>tj\u00e4nar 8)<br \/>\n<\/em>4,2 dl mj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n3 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n6 msk vitt rismj\u00f6l<br \/>\n6 msk havremj\u00f6l<br \/>\n0,5 matskedar fiberhusk\/psylliumhusk (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/health\/psyllium-health-benefits\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vad \u00e4r psyllium Husk? Fiberhusk g\u00f6r att smeten blir tjockare och om du v\u00e4ntar f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge blir smeten f\u00f6r tjock. Om det h\u00e4nder kan du tills\u00e4tta lite vatten eller mj\u00f6lk.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4rm pannan p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme. H\u00e4ll lite smet i pannan och luta pannan f\u00f6r att flytta runt blandningen s\u00e5 att du f\u00e5r ett tunt och j\u00e4mnt lager. Om pannan har r\u00e4tt temperatur ska pannkakan bli gyllene p\u00e5 undersidan efter ca 30 sekunder och \u00e4r d\u00e5 redo att v\u00e4ndas. Lyft snabbt upp pannkakan och v\u00e4nd den. Stek i ytterligare 30 sekunder innan du v\u00e4nder upp den p\u00e5 en varm tallrik. Dadlar \u00e4r mer n\u00e4ringsrika, men de kommer att f\u00e4rga s\u00e5sen och g\u00f6ra den n\u00e5got brun. De smakar b\u00e5da bra!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hur man g\u00f6r det:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Om du har tid kan du bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gga cashewn\u00f6tterna.<\/li>\n<li>Om du inte g\u00f6r det, l\u00e4gg
