Jag har funderat l\u00e4nge p\u00e5 att jag skulle vilja komma p\u00e5 ett recept som \u00e4r helt vegetariskt och utan quorn eller andra halvfabrikat i och nu har jag \u00e4ntligen gjort det.<br \/>\nEn nyttig, vegetarisk, k\u00e5lpudding som \u00e4r helt gjord fr\u00e5n grunden s\u00e5 som min farmor skulle gjort den, fast hon skulle f\u00f6rst\u00e5s anv\u00e4nt sig av sin egen k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs som hon malt och styckat sj\u00e4lv. Farmor var den gamla sortens kvinna som stod vid spisen st\u00f6rre delen av dagen och bakade alla sorters br\u00f6d, kakor och bullar man kan komma p\u00e5, samtidigt som hon tog hand om k\u00f6ttet fr\u00e5n g\u00e5rden de levde p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p><!-- Begin MailChimp Signup Form --><\/p>\n<div id=\"mc_embed_signup\">\n<form id=\"mc-embedded-subscribe-form\" class=\"validate\" action=\"https:\/\/angelasheaven.us9.list-manage.com\/subscribe\/post?u=b7f3b3b66b99183275c514d3e&amp;id=354925b02c\" method=\"post\" name=\"mc-embedded-subscribe-form\" novalidate=\"\" target=\"_blank\">\n<div id=\"mc_embed_signup_scroll\"><\/div>\n<\/form>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End mc_embed_signup--><\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 g\u00e5rden hade min farmor och farfar b\u00e5de kossor, grisar, h\u00f6ns och kalkoner och n\u00e4r h\u00f6norna lade \u00e4gg s\u00e5 fick jag f\u00f6lja med farmor p\u00e5 \u00e4ggjakt ute p\u00e5 g\u00e5rden. Alla h\u00f6norna gick fria som de ville sommartid och de hade sina egna favoritst\u00e4llen att l\u00e4gga sin \u00e4gg p\u00e5. Vi visste ungef\u00e4r var det var, men jag kommer ih\u00e5g hur sp\u00e4nnande det var att f\u00e5 g\u00e5 ut med en liten korg och leta efter \u00e4gg som vi kunde ta in och anv\u00e4nda.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 den tiden var jag ute precis hela tiden. S\u00e5 fort jag vaknade s\u00e5 gick jag ut och lekte till det var dags (f\u00f6r det enda) barnprogrammet som fanns p\u00e5 den tiden. Nu har jag tur om jag ser mina barn g\u00e5 ut n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng i veckan. De skriker s\u00e5 fort de ser en skalbagge! Det kanske beror p\u00e5 mig i och f\u00f6r sig. Jag har av n\u00e5gon anledning blivit en s\u00e5dan d\u00e4r typisk tr\u00e5kig vuxen som ocks\u00e5 mest \u00e4r inne och g\u00f6r s\u00e5dana d\u00e4r typiska vuxna saker som att sitta vid datorn, laga mat eller n\u00e5got annat nyttigt. N\u00e4, mer spring i bena borde man ha och ge sig ut lite mer. Det st\u00e5r p\u00e5 min att g\u00f6ra lista. Hur g\u00f6r du med dina barn? N\u00e5gra tips p\u00e5 hur man lurar ut dom?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recept<br \/>\n<\/strong>1 hel vitk\u00e5l<br \/>\n5 dl finhackade champinjoner (hacka mycket fint s\u00e5 att konsistensen blir ungef\u00e4r som f\u00e4rs)<br \/>\n2,5 dl finhackad gul l\u00f6k<br \/>\n2,5 dl finhackade valn\u00f6tter (hacka mycket fint s\u00e5 att konsistensen blir ungef\u00e4r som f\u00e4rs)<br \/>\n1 dl r\u00f6da linser<br \/>\n250 ml gr\u00e4dde (jag anv\u00e4nder Oatlys matlagningsgr\u00e4dde)<br \/>\n1 dl vatten<br \/>\n3 tsk flytande buljong (jag anv\u00e4nder Touch of Taste gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong)<br \/>\n1 tsk svartpeppar<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\n3 tsk soja<br \/>\n2 st lagerblad<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r bort den h\u00e5rda mittstocken p\u00e5 vitk\u00e5len och strimla resten fint.<\/li>\n<li>Bryn k\u00e5len i omg\u00e5ngar p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme i olja (jag anv\u00e4nder kokosolja f\u00f6r stekning) utan att det br\u00e4nns. Stek tills k\u00e5len mjuknat och st\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan. Det \u00e4r viktigt att k\u00e5len blir riktigt mjuk annars kommer k\u00e5lpuddingen inte att h\u00e5lla ihop. Du kan \u00e4ven s\u00f6ta k\u00e5len lite med honung eller sirap, men jag hoppar \u00f6ver det f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en nyttigare k\u00e5lpudding.<\/li>\n<li>Stek den finhackade l\u00f6ken tills den blir mjuk och genomskinlig.<\/li>\n<li>Stek de finhackade valn\u00f6tterna ett par minuter s\u00e5 att de f\u00e5r lite smak. De skall inte bli bruna eller svarta.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg valn\u00f6tterna, den stekta l\u00f6ken och svampen, gr\u00e4dde, sk\u00f6ljda r\u00f6da linser, lagerblad, soja, buljong och vatten i en gryta och l\u00e5t koka ihop p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme n\u00e5gra minuter. Smaka av med salt och peppar<\/li>\n<li>Varva den vegetariska f\u00e4rsen och k\u00e5len i en ugnss\u00e4ker form. Toppa med k\u00e5l.
