H\u00e4r har jag blandat en h\u00e4rlig kombination av grillade f\u00e4rska sparrisar, s\u00f6ta jordgubbar, smulad fetaost, lite nykokta svarta belugalinser f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 extra protein och s\u00e5 en handfull rostade hasseln\u00f6tter p\u00e5 toppen. Det \u00e4r en riktig smakbomb som m\u00e4ttar l\u00e4nge och k\u00e4nns v\u00e4ldigt fr\u00e4scht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jag har provat att \u00e4ta LCHF kost i en dryg vecka nu <\/strong>och jag gillar det mer \u00e4n vad jag hade f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntat mig<strong>.<\/strong> Magen \u00e4r lugn som en filbunke och jag k\u00e4nner mig l\u00e4tt \u00e4ven om jag nog inte egentligen g\u00e5tt ner n\u00e5got i vikt. Det som k\u00e4nns h\u00e4rligt \u00e4r att magen, som annars g\u00e4rna blir lite knorrig fram\u00e5t eftermiddagen av alla kolhydrater, nu \u00e4r helt lugn och platt. Underbart! Jag hoppas \u00e4ven kunna tappa sis\u00e5d\u00e4r tv\u00e5 kilo som envist suttit fast runt midjan sedan tv\u00e5-tre \u00e5r tillbaka. Jag tr\u00e4nar ganska mycket och \u00e4ter v\u00e4ldigt bra tycker jag, men de d\u00e4r kilona har \u00e4nd\u00e5 envist satt sig fast snabbt och verkar inte ha br\u00e5ttom att flytta p\u00e5 sig. Nu f\u00e5r vi se om de \u00e4nd\u00e5 inte ger sig av n\u00e4r jag \u00e4ter lite LCHF inspirerad mat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jag har kikat lite p\u00e5 LCHF recept<\/strong> p\u00e5 internet och till min f\u00f6rv\u00e5ning finns det riktigt mycket goda saker som jag vill prova. Jag har alltid trott att LCHF \u00e4r massor av k\u00f6tt, ost och gr\u00e4dde. Jag f\u00f6redrar vegetarisk mat och det k\u00e4nns inte s\u00e5 lockande att \u00e4ta f\u00f6r mycket feta mejeriprodukter 's\u00e5 jag har egentligen inte sett LCHF som ett alternativ, men nu t\u00e4nkte jag iallafall ge det ett f\u00f6rs\u00f6k och g\u00f6ra vegetarisk, nyttig LCHF mat till b\u00e5de frukost, lunch och middag.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Det kommer bli en hel del nya recept h\u00e4r p\u00e5 bloggen.<\/strong> Jag har redan ett par recept som jag provat och \u00e4lskar. Vad s\u00e4gs om en nyttig ostkaka helt fri fr\u00e5n kolhydrater (supergod!) eller goda, sm\u00e5 frasiga pl\u00e4ttar och ett tv\u00e5minutersbr\u00f6d som du kan g\u00f6ra i micron helt utan mj\u00f6l? Visst l\u00e5ter det bra? Jag \u00e4r helt s\u00e5ld p\u00e5 det h\u00e4r nu och testar f\u00f6r fullt nya recept som snart kommer upp h\u00e4r. Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver salladen.<\/li>\n<li>Ringla \u00f6ver olja och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver lite salt och peppar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Har du provat att \u00e4ta vegetariskt och LCF?
