Jag blev j\u00e4tteglad n\u00e4r jag hittade det h\u00e4r receptet som jag har anv\u00e4nt i ett par veckor nu och modifierat som jag vill ha det. Det \u00e4r superl\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra, det inneh\u00e5ller bara nyttiga saker, det g\u00f6r magen glad och det \u00e4r n\u00e4st intill fritt fr\u00e5n kolhydrater. Fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan till start tar det inte mer \u00e4n tio minuter att g\u00f6ra.<\/p>\n<p>Jag tycker om br\u00f6d som \u00e4r grova med lite tuggmotst\u00e5nd i s\u00e5 det h\u00e4r br\u00f6det passar mig perfekt. Det \u00e4r fullt av nyttiga fr\u00f6er. Tycker du b\u00e4ttre om vita br\u00f6d s\u00e5 kommer du nog att \u00e4lska n\u00e4sta br\u00f6drecept som kommer snart. Det \u00e4r en variant p\u00e5 det h\u00e4r receptet, men helt utan fr\u00f6er. Det har jag anv\u00e4nt till b\u00e5de frukostbr\u00f6d, pizzabotten och vitl\u00f6ksbr\u00f6d. Hur gott som helst och g\u00e5r att vispa ihop p\u00e5 ett nafs.<\/p>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r goda br\u00f6det luktar lite \u00e4gg n\u00e4r det lagas i micron, men det smakar inte alls som det luktar. Prova att g\u00f6ra det och jag kan n\u00e4stan lova att det blir din favorit. Jag g\u00f6r flera stycken p\u00e5 efter varandra och fryser ner n\u00e5gra s\u00e5 att jag har n\u00e4r jag blir sugen p\u00e5 n\u00e5got. Perfekt som kv\u00e4llsmacka vid TVn eller n\u00e4r jag sitter och arbetar vid datorn med en stor kopp te.<\/p>\n<p>Jag har aldrig varit med om ett br\u00f6d som \u00e4r s\u00e5 m\u00e4ttande som det h\u00e4r \u00e4r. Jag \u00e4ter en halv br\u00f6dskiva med lite sm\u00f6r och ost p\u00e5 morgonen och st\u00e5r mig l\u00e4tt utan minsta lilla kurrande i magen fram till lunch. Det har nog aldrig h\u00e4nt f\u00f6rut. Jag blir alltid hungrig innan lunch och tar mig n\u00e5gonting litet att \u00e4ta vid tiosn\u00e5ret, men det har jag inte beh\u00f6vt n\u00e4r jag \u00e4tit den h\u00e4r frukosten. En riktig m\u00e4ttande n\u00e4ringsbomb med alla nyttiga fr\u00f6er.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wprm-recipe-header\">Ingredienser<\/h3>\n<p>1 \u00e4gg<br \/>\n5 msk mandelmj\u00f6l<br \/>\n3 msk sesamfr\u00f6n<br \/>\n1 msk hela linfr\u00f6n<br \/>\n1 msk solrosfr\u00f6n<br \/>\n2 msk sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r eller olja utan smak (jag anv\u00e4nder kokosolja f\u00f6r matlagning)<br \/>\n1 msk vatten<br \/>\n1 tsk fiberhusk<br \/>\n1 tsk bakpulver<br \/>\nEn nypa salt<\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions-container\">\n<h3 class=\"wprm-recipe-header\">G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/h3>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\">\n<ol>\n<li>L\u00e4gg alla ingredienser i en bunke och blanda v\u00e4l.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg smeten p\u00e5 en liten tallrik och forma till ett runt, platt br\u00f6d, ca 1 cm tjock.
