The Nr. 1 Best Tip To Get Fit & Well
WHY WE SOMETIMES DON’T FEEL LIKE EXERCISING
Do you sometimes feel that you’d rather go home than hitting the gym or treadmill after work? You’re not alone. It’s a physical fact that our brain is our opponent when it comes to being healthy and fit. Our brains main job is to keep us alive and to preserve energy.
SAVING ENERGY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN EXERCISE
If you don’t feel like going to the gym its because your brain is constantly talking to you and giving you the best advice for how to save as much energy as possible. Energy is very important for the brain to function well, and it prioritizes this before anything else.
That’s why you sometimes take the shorter way instead of the longer and that’s why you are tempted to lay on the couch when you know that in the long run you would be better off if you exercised regularly.

IGNORE YOUR BRAIN
We know that we need to exercise and eat healthy foods to live a long and healthy life, but sometimes we just don’t feel like it. It’s so much more comfortable taking it slow and having foods that tastes better than a plate of green vegetables. To take those steps toward a healthy lifestyle you need to ignore what your brain is telling you. Sure, you should be careful and save energy, but don’t skip the exercise.
Go to the gym or find an activity that you enjoy doing that gets your blood flowing for an hour a couple of times a week. It is what we are meant to be doing. A long time ago when we had to hunt to get our food every day, we didn’t have to worry about exercise. It was a natural part of our day. Now when we have cars to take us everywhere we need to go we have to make the decision to exercise. Movement is no longer needed to survive, but its still needed for our body to stay healthy.
