Create your reality with your dreams
We as humans have been using mental imagery since the beginning of time. Whenever we have an idea or notion to do something we visualize it first. Visualization is about using the power of your mind. When you visualize you create a mental image of of having or doing whatever it is that you want. You use your thoughts to imagine a certain outcome and when you create this image of already having what you want it will start making a physical change in your brain.
Using visualization techniques activates your subconscious which will start generating your images to achieve your goal. When you imagine yourself performing perfectly and doing exactly what you want, you physiologically create neural patterns in your brain, just as if you had physically performed the action.
Similar energies attract each other and you attract a mirror image of the energy you give out. Anger will give you more anger and happiness will give you more happiness. The key to visualizing is to always visualize that you already have what you desire. The mind can’t distinguish between what is real and what is imagined and it will act upon the images you create within, whether they reflect your current reality or not. The process of visualizing your dreams creates new pathways in your brain that help you form new beliefs and you will begin to act differently and adopt new perspectives.
You can train your mind and make it work for you
It takes time, it takes patience, but making a conscious effort and visualize every day for a couple of minutes will eventually program your brain to naturally more positive state of being, which will change what you attract into your life.

Our subconscious mind is the most powerful instrument that we have. It manages your reality and it’s an amazing ally when you master it. Your life is more or less a printout of your subconscious programs and you can by intentionally (with visualizations) putting thoughts, feelings and beliefs into your subconscious mind change your life and make your dreams come true.
We live in an immense quantum sea of vibrating energy that is responsive to how and what we think. If you want to create a change and reach higher you need to change your thoughts and make them work for you by replacing them with new thoughts. 95% of your life is determined by your subconscious mind. Everything that you say, do and think are habits that comes from your subconscious. It’s based on information that you have seen, heard or lived repeatedly until it became a habit. Habits are information that’s been repeated enough times to be implemented in your brain. That’s where you need to make a change if you want to have the things you are dreaming of. That’s why it doesn’t work to just think happy thought and be positive.
Changes will happen, but not overnight
The first thing you will notice is that you start feeling happier. Everything seems to flow easily as your image start developing a new connection in your brain. You will be inspired to make new decisions and act differently as your image becomes stronger and replaces the old image.
The first sign that your visualization is working
In the beginning when you start visualizing you probably won’t notice any difference, except the wonderful, relaxed feeling you will feel as you visualize about your new reality. The first sign you will get is feeling happier and more joyful as your thoughts become more positive. That’s the first sign of change. When you start feeling happier you know that you have already changed yourself physically. Your brain has started to develop a new neural pathway that is growing stronger each time you focus on your visualization.
In time you will feel that everything in your life seems to flow more easily and effortlessly. You will be drawn to make new, more positive decisions. You will be more interested in things that will automatically get you where you need to be in order to get what you want and new and interesting people will show up in your life. All of this will happen naturally as you start changing your inner mental images and thoughts. As you change and feel more positive, the outside world that mirrors your inner world, will also start changing for the better. It will happen slowly, step by step.
Never give up and most important of all – remember to have fun and relax. A relaxed mind that is focused on gratitude and positive feelings will manifest your desires much faster than if you try to force it. The trick is not to act and do things – the trick is to align with the feeling you are looking for (happiness, harmony, safety, love…) and let your dreams manifest. One of the best things to do, besides visualizing, is writing a gratitude journal every day. A feeling of gratitude is THE best thing to manifest easily.
How to program your brain to your advantage:
- Go somewhere quiet and private where you won’t be disturbed. Close your eyes and imagine in as vivid detail as you can what you would be looking at if the dream you have were already realized. Imagine being inside of yourself, looking out through your eyes at the ideal result.
- Take several deep breaths and relax.
- Visualize the object or situation you desire in your mind as clearly and with as much detail as you can.
- Add emotion, feeling, and your senses to your vision. The more excited that you can get with what you visualize, the better. You have to create the feeling within your body that you already have what you want. When you do that and don’t doubt that it is coming, it will manifest in your life. Doubt is resistance, and when you doubt that you will get what you want, it’s as if you are driving a car with one foot on the gas and the other one on the brake. It will get you nowhere. You need to feel relaxed and trust that what you are visualizing WILL become a reality. The easiest way to manifest your desires is to start with something small and then reach for bigger goals to gain trust in your ability to manifest your dreams.
- Visualize at least once a day for about 10 minutes or more each time.
