I have never been one to turn down anything containing chocolate and this is no exception. I just love it. The only thing that is better than dark chocolate is dark chocolate in combination with another yummy ingredient - like fudge. Way too sweet on it's own, but in this recipe together with chocolate and pie crust - yum! You can make this pie and keep it in the freezer if you want. That way you have a beautiful cake whenever you feel like something sweet and since it's both vegan and ... VIEW POST

The Power of Your Mind
We are so much more than just our physical bodies and in our mind there is a great treasure – our imagination. Everything that exists now is created by someone’s idea and imagination. That’s a powerful tool that you can use to get where you want, to create what you want and to make the changes in your life that you want. If you ... VIEW POST
A New Chapter
It's been a while since I wrote something here now. I separated two years ago and it has taken some time before I felt the inspiration to write and create coming back again. I lived with a wonderful man for twenty years and we had two daughters together. Our love didn't last, but even though we don't live together any more, we still talk and are really good friends. When we separated I felt really lost and a bit afraid of what was going to happen. I'm not a big fan of the unknown. It scared ... VIEW POST
Deliciously Ella’s Raw Food Bars
Chocolate Caramel Bars to die for... This raw food bar recipe made by Deliciously Ella is awesome. I made a whole batch a week ago and they were all gone in a day or two. I didn't eat all of them by myself - I brought some o them to my sister and we had a cup of coffee as we were sharing some of these beauties. We both agreed that we (I) needed to make this recipe again - and perhaps put them in the freezer before we ate them all again. Impress your family and friends with this raw food bar ... VIEW POST

Raw Food Semlor – New and Updated Recipe!
It's this time of year when Swedish cafes are full of semla everywhere and I have just made a new batch of my own raw Swedish semla. This time I made the bun more moist and I added more of the cardamom to add even more of the lovely flavors. The whipped cream is made by coconut cream, vanilla essence and agave syrup, but I'm wondering if maybe it would be nice to use ordinary whipped cream or a vegan whipped cream instead. I'll try that next time. Find the recipe here >> ... VIEW POST
What is Visualization and How it Works
Create your reality with your dreams We as humans have been using mental imagery since the beginning of time. Whenever we have an idea or notion to do something we visualize it first. Visualization is about using the power of your mind. When you visualize you create a mental image of of having or doing whatever it is that you want. You use your thoughts to imagine a certain outcome and when you create this image of already having what you want it will start making a physical change in your ... VIEW POST
Healthy Raw Chocolate Mousse Cake
Raw food chocolate mousse cake Baking cakes has always been one of my favorite things to do. Ever since I was a child I've always loved being in the kitchen baking and making a mess. It wasn't always a success, but it was always so much fun being surrounded with flour, kitchen tools, and dough all the way up to my elbows. One of my most cherished childhood memories is coming home from school and be greeted by my grandmother. She was always at home baking and cooking. I can still remember the ... VIEW POST

Healthy Fudgy Nutella Brownies (Raw, Gluten Free)
A lovely morning... It's sunday morning and I have just come back after a long walk. It's still winter here in Sweden and even though I always enjoy my walks, it's even better when I get back inside and make myself a cup of hot tea. My favorite place in the house is by the large fireplace. I love hearing the the snap, crackle, pop sound in the fireplace. It reminds me of when I was young and lived at home with my parents. My dad used to lit the fireplace on holidays and I remember sitting ... VIEW POST

The Best Swedish Keto Cheesecake!
Swedish Cheesecake Yesterday I made one of my specialties - Swedish cheesecake. Despite the similarity in literal translation, Swedish cheesecake should not be confused with cheesecake which is a layered cake. Swedish cheesecake is made with eggs, but there is no crumb base and the ‘cheese’ is cottage cheese rather than cream cheese. Actually traditionally you first add rennet to milk to make your own curds. However, cottage cheese is commonly used instead as a simplified, speeded up ... VIEW POST
