Raw chocolate mousse, lactose free
Oh, this is heavenly delicious. Smooth, creamy and soft. It just melts in your mouth. With only a few ingredients you will make this healthy dessert in a couple of minutes.
This raw chocolate mousse could be enjoyed as it is or use it to fill cakes or tarts. You can garnish with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and fresh berries. It can be served straight away or it can be placed in the refrigerator.
3/4 cup cashews
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons agave syrup
2 tablespoons coconut cream
- Put the cashews in a blender and blend for a couple of minutes until you have a smooth nutbutter.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until you have a smooth chocolate mousse.
- Taste and add more agave syrup or cocoa powder if needed.
- Enjoy straight away or chill in the refrigerator for a while. It will thicken when it is chilled.
